I would just like to say the biggest thankyou to Gulhan and the dentist who done my teeth, im so happy with the overall experience from start to finish, the care, the guidance and the support from constant transfers to actual procedures. I am inlove with the result I couldn’t be happier. My dentist and dental assistant were extremely professional, approachable and very kind. I would highly recommend anybody coming to this Our Dentist Abroad❤️

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the results. However, the process was not without difficulties and unfortunately, pain.

The first visit which includes the removal of the old teeth and drilling into the upper and lower jaw was fairly brutal but surprisingly very little pain. There was some discomfort but this was minimal and manageable.

The second visit I was not expecting too much discomfort or pain. However, this was not the case. One of the inserts on the lower jaw was drilled too deep and was very tender as a result and this affected the whole of the fitting of the lower jaw implants.

There was two trials fits made and it was very painful when they were being fitted. The second one was much better so they used that to create the final implants. However, when the final finished implants were fitted it caused a great deal of pain and several attempts were made to correct the ill fitting implants. Each attempt causing severe pain and discomfort. Ultimately , the technician who made the implants had to be called and he got involved in trying to make the implants fit correctly.

Finally, after three hours of torment, the implants were successfully fitted. As I say, I am very pleased with the result but the process was not as smooth as it should have been. I also received an additional unexpected bill which I was not too pleased about.

So, I have a few mixed feelings but overall I am pleased with my new teeth and have to say I am glad I have had it done.

A big thank you to all the staff at Alps who despite the difficulties were always helpful, polite and professional.

Absolutely amazing team my teeth were terrible until I went to Alps the whole experience was 10 out of 10 from all the staff, the dentist who looked after me was such a lovely lady her professional approach was brilliant, I never had much trust in dentist in the past but Elif was so nice understanding could not fault her in any. So thank you Elif and all the members of staff and not forgetting my coordinator Gulhan her totally approach guiding me and putting my mind at rest with her professional understanding, I will be highly recommending Alps to freinds family and anyone else needing a beautiful smile

I have just completed my treatment with Our Dentist Abroad in Turkey and I honestly could not be happier with the whole experience.

From the moment I arrived everything was organised and stress free. The airport transfers were smooth and always on time, which immediately made the trip feel easy and well planned. Every appointment and pickup was arranged for me so I never had to worry about getting anywhere.

The hotel they arranged was also excellent. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location close to plenty of shops, restaurants and places to walk around during the day. It made the whole stay feel more like a holiday rather than just a dental trip.

The treatment itself was fantastic. The dentists and staff were professional, friendly and explained everything clearly throughout the process. They made sure I was comfortable and happy with the results at every stage.

Now that the treatment is complete I am extremely happy with my teeth. The results look natural and exactly what I hoped for.

Overall the whole experience with Our Dentist Abroad has been seamless from start to finish. Transfers, accommodation and treatment were all handled brilliantly. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment abroad.

A swift/great experience from start to finish, staff were always happy to help, any concerns were addressed, I was a bit apprehensive about going with this dentist due to the lower cost, compared to other companies out there, but honestly the end result was great, 100% happy, would recommend this dentist, with a 10 year warranty also. Thanks for a great experience. 🙏👍

‼️DO NOT GO TO OUR DENTIST ABROAD, ANTALYA‼️

We were quoted £2,600 for my 20 zirconium crowns and £4,000 total for my boyfriend’s implants and crowns, including flight deductions and hotel stay. After paying a £100 deposit and sending my boyfriend’s X-ray in advance, we were told everything was approved with no extra work needed. I also informed them I was pregnant and was reassured by Gulhan that the dentist had approved treatment and it was safe.

When we arrived in Antalya, our hotel booking had been changed without notice and we were moved elsewhere. At the clinic, I was suddenly told by the dentist that treatment could not go ahead due to my pregnancy — meaning Gulhan had clearly not confirmed this as she claimed. My boyfriend was then told his treatment plan had completely changed, he needed root canals, and his costs would increase by thousands. We were pressured to agree to new, much higher prices that we simply couldn’t afford.

We also witnessed another patient being told to pay an extra £700 after his teeth had already been shaved down, leaving him with no choice but to pay.

On top of that, the promised £40 hotel cost turned into £220, and we were told our Northern Irish pounds weren’t accepted.

We ended up spending nearly £1,000 on flights and accommodation for nothing due to misleading information and constant price changes. Extremely stressful experience. I am still waiting on my deposit refund.

Couldn’t recommend Our dentist abroad. From the moment of initial contact until the final check in, they have been exceptional.

My dentist, Elif was incredible, she knows her craft and was very particular in making sure my transformation was perfect for me.

My transfers and pick ups were top notch too. Onur, was very considerate and they even went the extra mile to pick up my family from the airport when I was at the dentist.

Finally, my travel agent was everything I needed to reassure me I was in the right hands and I couldn’t thank the entire team for there patience, expertise and craftsmanship to absolutely make my trip worthwhile.

Everyone was amazing, from airport pick-up. The hotel dentist did a superb job; I didn't feel nervous at all, thanks to Sanem. Sanem was always there to answer my calls.
