I had the pleasure of participating in the 15 day package ABC trek at the start of April with a smaller group. Not only was the trek absolute magic, but the guide and porters who supported us all the way to and from the base camp were absolutely phenomenal. Overall this trek was one of the best things I've ever done.

I recently (April 2026) went on 13 day tour of Nepal/Bhutan. I booked via MyHoliday2 travel in Australia. Outfitter Himalaya Holidays (OHH) were the local operator in-country and Manager Arjun, Tour Guides in Nepal Sabita (Kathmandu), Bishnu (Pokhara), Kapil (Chitwan National Park) and Driver Bodhi and Tour Guide in Bhutan Dechan and Driver Kiran provided excellent customer service and brought the magic of both countries alive. It was an outstanding holiday.

This is an excellent tour to see the different landscapes of Nepal and experience the incredible scenery and people. I can highly recommend Outfitter and we are already thinking about our next trip to Nepal.

I recently completed the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek with Outfitters Himalaya as part of a two-week package from Australia, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic.

From the moment we landed, everything was handled seamlessly. The Managing Director, Arjun, maintained excellent communication throughout, keeping us well informed and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Our trekking guide, Bheem, was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He led our group with great care and professionalism over the two weeks. Along with his team of three porters, (Balram, Ramesh and Bikram) provided incredible support every step of the way. The entire crew was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.

All aspects of the trip—from accommodation to food—were very well organised and taken care of. What truly stood out was how the team handled unexpected situations. When one of our group members fell unwell, the crew acted immediately, arranging transportation and ensuring she got back safely. That level of care and responsibility was deeply reassuring.

This was an unforgettable experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. I would absolutely choose Outfitters Himalaya again and highly recommend them to anyone considering trekking in Nepal.

I cannot rave enough about how incredible our Annapurna Base Camp trek was with Outfitter Himalaya which was in large part due to our incredible trek guide, Amrit (Ami). Amrit's whole focus was our wellbeing. Being a group of 4x 50 year old women, safety and wellbeing was a huge focus and Amrit did not disappoint. He went above and beyond at every single opportunity. He would go in the kitchens and watch (or even help) with the preparation of our food to make sure none of us got food poisoning. When one of our group hurt her knee, Amrit took her bag and walked in front of her (backwards most of the time) pointing out where to step and moving snow to make the path more stable. He knew all the best teahouses to stay in and suggested slight changes to our itinerary so we could stay in better accomodation. Ami shared so much of his knowledge and culture with us and answered our thousands of questions. His ability to read the group and his attention to detail was also very impressive. He had an uncanny knack for being able to tell us how long until lunch or the next village to within a few minutes. Being highly familiar with the route, he was also able to prepare us for the trail ahead each morning. We watched some tourists stressing out each day about whether they would get accomodation each night, as they had not gone with a guide or porters. We had zero stress! Everything was done for us!
The trek itself is not for those with bad knees! It is constant stairs up. Then stairs back down again, but we couldn't be happier. Every step was pure joy. The Nepalese people are so gracious and accomodating. We felt incredibly safe and supported every day. Even our awesome porters Ramesh and Pradeep would high five us or cheer us on as we walked into the teahouse each evening. The whole vibe of the trek was positive and exhilarating.
Dealing with Arjun (who owns Outfitter) was very easy. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Having done this trek 24 years ago, I knew we didn't want to do the bus ride from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It was well worth the added USD120 to fly 30 mins each way. This was a simple option to tick when booking with Outfitter. One of the best things offered by Outfitters was their -15 degree down jackets which we needed at ABC and the -15 degree sleeping bag. All of which we gave back at the end of the trip. Arjun gave us the option of doing a private group trek for the same price as joining a group and we found that a small group of 4 was perfect. We had a seamless pick up/drop off from Kathmandu airport and an excellent day tour of Kathmandu included in our tour. The Kathmandu accomodation (Skye Inn) was also excellent and very well located in Thamel.
Some things to consider: bring rain pants and a poncho, use hiking poles if you want to save your knees, wear pants with pockets, use a water bladder so you don't have to constantly open your bag to drink while trekking.
It was the experience of a lifetime and we all want to go back soon.

We had a fantastic experience trekking with Outfitter Himalaya upto and back from ABC. The guide, Suraj and the porters were fantastic. Suraj always made sure that the whole group was looked after and made adjustments to the schedule, as required, to ensure all the trekkers needs were met and felt supported at all times.
We also did the day tour of Katmandu at the begging, and Chitwan National Park at the end, both of these were great experiences also.

I recently completed a 10 day tour in Nepal and it was an incredible experience. The trip offered such a diverse mix of activities and scenery, making it one of the most memorable trips I’ve taken.
Our guide, Raj, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and went above and beyond by helping organise additional experiences along the way.
Some of the highlights included the breathtaking flight over Everest, spotting rhinos in Chitwan, and exploring the stunning beauty of Pokhara.
I would absolutely return to Nepal and would love to do the Everest Base Camp Trek with Raj in the future. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful trip to Nepal with Outfitter Himalaya Holidays. Everything went very smoothly and our guides, porter, drivers and tour manager were all so friendly, accommodating and professional. The Langtang Valley Trek was a wonderful experience with spectacular views and a variety of flora and fauna - I would highly recommend.

I recently completed the 10-day Highlights of Nepal tour with Outfitter Himalaya Holidays.
We visited Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan, all of which were fantastic, with amazing scenery along the way.
The tour was very well organised and managed, with great communication from the guide and the driver.
The accommodation was also excellent and close to shops, bars, and restaurants.
I took the optional four-hour helicopter tour when I returned to Kathmandu. With amazing views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest.

Outstanding organisation coupled with attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service. We did the Langtang Valley Trek in February 2026 and from the airport pick up to the airport drop off 10 days later, everything was seamless and well-organised.
Sabita was a warm and knowledgeable guide for our day in Kathmandu. Bihm and Ramesh, our guide and porter during the trek, were conscientious towards our safety and welfare, and good company on the trek. Arjun met us on the first day and last day and oversaw the entire tour to ensure it was seamless for us. We’re planning a return to Nepal. We’ll use Outfitter Himalaya and highly recommend this team

We did an 10 day tour including the Poon Hill Trek, Chitwan, Pokhara and Kathmandu. The Poon Hill trek was actually harder than expected for a couple of gals over 50, but our amazing guide (Suraj) and porter (Haroo) provided incredible support and encouragement. Suraj provided really valuable advice and options for completing the walk when one of us was quite unwell for a day or so. Very pleased to say that we managed to finish the hike, thanks to their excellent management and experience. Chitwan was incredible and well worth the visit, as well Pokhara and Kathmandu. The tour was very well paced and organised and I would certainly recommend Outfitters Himalaya if you are looking to visit in Nepal.

Had a wonderful experience while recently in Nepal. Ramesh was our guide. Everything was stress and hassle free. The tours were a good mix of nature, culture and history. Good lengths to take children with you. Highly recommend using this company, we will be using them again when we return to Nepal.

My trek to Everest Base Camp in September 2025 was the achievement of a lifelong personal goal and was an unforgettable inspirational experience. I cannot recommend Outfitter Himalaya high enough who were very professional and well organised. Every detail from the airport transfers, accommodation and permits, was handled seamlessly.

Our guide Raj ensured that all of our needs were catered for and that we were safe and comfortable. The porters were amazing, attentive and friendly.
What truly set Outfitter Himalaya apart was their personal touch. The tea houses they selected were clean and welcoming, and the meals were nourishing and satisfying.

Reaching Everest Base Camp was a dream come true, and I credit Outfitter Himalaya for making it not only possible but extremely enjoyable. You’ll be in expert hands every step of the way which was evidenced by everyone in our group of 18 making it to Base Camp.

Arjun of Outfitter Nepal organised a bespoke trip for us to ABC, Pokhara and Chitwan national Park.
Saroj, our guide and Roshan, our porter looked after us and made sure we were safe, fed, and had fun.
Saroj changed our itinerary to suit our needs and Roshan took some fabulous photos whilst looking after our kit. Highlight was an impromptu stay at Super top view teahouse at Pitam Deurali.. Staggering views and hospitality... Dhanyabad Outfitter Nepal!! 🇳🇵❤️xx

We undertook the Nepal Adventure holiday which included a introductory trek in the Annapurna region to Poon Hill, and a visit to Chitwan National Park.
The experience overall was wonderful. The company was very professional, well organised, resourced and looked after us well. Our tour guide Amrit went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. He cared that we all had an enjoyable time in his country, from the mountainous trek to the times we had in the major towns and cities we visited.
Amrit's knowledge of trekking was second-to-none and he was well supported by an excellent team of professional, friendly and engaging porters who also looked after all our needs and comfort on the trek itself. He was also very flexible in that he was able to accommodate fellow walkers in the group of varying degrees of ability which worked well for the whole group.
The city tours of Kathmandu and Pokhara were excellent and a great introduction to these wonderful cities and their places of interest and culture.
Nepal and its people were simply beautiful! We will definitely go again and look forward to our next adventure with Outfitter Himalaya Holidays who we very highly recommend.

Just completed a 10 day ,Highlights of Nepal Tour.I have done much travel in my life to many different countries. But.....have given this experience 10/10!
Every aspect was brilliant- the guide,drivers,the organisation,the tours,the flexibility, scenery....cannot find fault in ANY ASPECT.BRILLIANT!

We had a wonderful time on our Nepal tour! Our small group experience felt personal and very well organized. Our guide, Ramesh, was amazing—patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and always friendly. Our driver (also Ramesh!) was equally impressive: courteous, very safe behind the wheel, and just as warm and welcoming.

The hotels were as expected for the price point, though if we did the trip again we’d probably upgrade to the next level for a bit more comfort. On the longest travel day, we chose to fly instead of taking the 8+ hour drive, and it was worth every penny. There were still plenty of opportunities to enjoy Nepal’s stunning scenery on the shorter drives afterward.

Nepal is absolutely breathtaking, and this tour is a fantastic option if you want to experience the beauty and culture without committing to days and days of trekking. Highly recommend! The tour company bent over backwards to keep us happy when we had a very noisy room (on 2 occassions). We have never experienced such care and a company genuinely wanting us to have the best trip we could. Would book with them again in a heartbeat!
