Diabolical customer service alert!!!!
Booked to have my oven cleaned and paid the deposit but Could not agree on a date that suited me so decided to cancel. I've been chasing the deposit for over 3 weeks now and still nothing.
The staff are very unhelpful and no one takes accountability for anything.
I will not recommend this company- AVOID!

PR7 Phil arrived at the time given. Did a lovely job on my oven, sparkling clean and fresh. Left his working area clean and tidy, was professional, polite and friendly. Won’t hesitate to use again

100% happy with the service from this company. The cleaner was a lovely young man but couldn’t catch his name as I am having problems hearing. But big shout out for him. If the company can tell me his name I would definitely ask for him again

Helpful customer services and Joe came in and did a swift and efficient clean. Excellent value for money, it would have taken me all day to clean the oven and I wouldn't have done anywhere near such a good job.

Our oven and hob really needed a decent clean, we were really impressed with the amazing clean, it looks like ot is brand new! Would highly recommend this company.

Cancelled on me just before they were meant to come out after waiting a week for them to come. Said their next earliest appointment was in 2 weeks.

Dont waste your time, we paid half up front and they said it takes 14 days for the money to be refunded. Complete joke of a company !

Just had my oven and extractor cleaned by “ASH GU4”. Very good service and looks brand new which I didn’t think was possible! Efficient and friendly. Will definitely re-book in the future.

Super experience. Jay who cleaned by oven did a fantastic job, the oven looks like new. In fact I never want to use it again it's so clean and shiny. Jay was here for no more than an hour. This is the best £40 I have ever spent. I will never clean my oven again, as I would never get the same result.

I am so pleased, I have shown it to all my visitors.

Job was done very professionally. Oven was perfect and washing machine very clean. Air fryer could not be properly cleaned due to open element and is being refunded. Was kept informed from booking to completion. 10/10

Your operative arrived when specified. He did an excellent job, left the kitchen clean and the oven sparkling.

On two occasions I was booked for an oven clean and twice I have been let down at the last minute. I will not use this company in future.

Scam. Booked a clean only to be told in the morning that the cleaner was running late and then a text to say he wasn't going to show. Asked for a refund and told I had to email in to the refund department who would consider this. So far no refund and no response. Don't use.
