I purchased a jacket that didn't fit. Ordered a small and was sent a medium. Also a large and was sent an extra large. When I returned the small at my expense i was only credited a partial amount of the cost.
When i emailed the company about the sizing they said "that's how they are labeled". I told them it didn't make any sense that if i order a large why would they send me an extra large? There response to me was "As I stated before, that is the way they are labeled". So, you are not going to get the size you order and they do not indicate on their site that if you order a medium we will still send you a large.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I made a purchase and returned it because frankly I was sold a Wish quality product at US prices. I emailed to get a RMA and shipped the item back only to have the package refused. I contacted PayPal and opened a claim. I was instructed to mail again and was assured the address they provided was correct. Not surprisingly the package was refused again!! I called PayPal and thankfully I was refunded for the purchase price and given credit for my three shipping charges (two I sent out and one charged for the returned package). Save yourself the trouble and skip doing any business with these people. They will only rip you off.

Do not buy anything for this company!!! Never sent me my product and blamed the shipping company Route, which did nothing for me either. Took my money and received nothing!!!

Never purchase anything from this company. They are crooks. Their advertising is false. They do not send the correct items and when you try to get your money back they give you the run-around for weeks. BEWARE CROOKS

I ordered from Overhalfsale and they send me a defective order and I tried to return for my money back but they would not accept my return. I would never buy from them again. I have to have my bank reverse the charge so I can get my money.

Do not order from this place it is a ripp off they take your money and then never deliver your order and give you the run around on where it is and refuse to give a refund when it's not delivered won't tell you where it's at that it's on its way lol well my order with "fast" delivery promised has been on its way since begining of April and it's not middle of August I am disabled senior citizen on a tight budget and shame on them for ripping people off like me

WARNING! This company is a joke, never but anything for there websites.... I purchased a pare of shoes and when I finally received them they where nothing like the shoes in the picture!! They take your money and give you whatever they want to shop to you... Save your money and shop at a repiptal website!! Then when you call they don't answer the phones!! SHAME ON Y,ALL!!

I ordered a pair of Nike Running Shoes. Paid 50.00 for them and around 3 to 4 weeks later I received a pair of non name brand shoes that came in a bag and not a box. I tried to call customer service but the line goes to recording only that says due to covid 19 customer service line is down.

This was a very bad buying experience, save your money!

I ordered hand sanitizers in March 2020 during the time when all sanitizers were gone in US. They were very expensive but I thought it was OK since we were in a pandemic. I waited, and waited, and waited, finally in May/June 3-4 months later I contacted PayPal because I payed through them. There was an investigation and I finally won. I got my refund thanks to PayPal. I will NEVER order anything from overhalfsale again!

I ordered a shock proof armor kickstand iPhone case it arrived in less than aweek. Great service!

Placed an order on May 30 for a knife/scissors sharpener & silicon spoon rest. I received the spoon rest quickly but I’m still waiting for the sharpener, July 16th. I’ve emailed them several times and get the same excuse, Covid-19. As I track the shipment, it tells me it’s gone from Kentucky to New Jersey to Indiana. Twice going by my state of Pennsylvania. This company is THE WORST I’ve ever dealt with. I encourage everyone who reads this review to never, ever order from this seller. There is no way in he** this company is in Illinois. It would not take over 2 months to deliver a sharpener unless they don’t even have one. Our government needs to close this place down. There’s not a doubt in my mind they are from China, so it’s good luck trying to get your money back. It’s time to call my Attorney General and report them before they rip off more of us hard working Americans! I would’ve given them a minus 5 stars if it was Available. BOYCOTT OVERHALFSALE

They don't even deserve ONE STAR!! I paid $40. April 3rd for 3 SANATIZERS. Not even that big. I was desperate at the time. FOR ONE They were PRICE GOUGING!!! Another TODAY IS JULY 14TH. I ONLY RECIEVED ONE OF THREE BOTTLES. 4 WEEKS AGO!! O TRIED CALLING. IT DOES NOT WORK. I EMAILED COUNTLESS OF TIMES OVER AND OVER NOT ONE DAMN RESPONSE!!! I FINALLY FOUND A ADDRESS. I JUST MAILED THEM A LETTER TWO DAYS AGO. I STILL FEEL LIKE I'M NOT GOING TO GET A RESPONSE AND THAT I BEEN RIPPED OFF WITH MONEY AND OTHER TWO BOTTLES?? I'M SO LIVID. I'M AT MY WITS END!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! IF YOU LIKE REAL CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. WAITING MONTHS FOR YOUR ORDER AND ONLY GET ONE ITEM AND RIPPED OFF MONEY AND PRODUCT. Terrible experience. I ordered a jacket for my son which they said would arrive within a few weeks. Three months later I still have not received the package and they said its not thier problem since th USPS was supposed to hav delivered it. The goods are shipped from China which they dont disclose when you purchase the item and I only found out because I got a notification from Chinapost. Absolutely unreliable.

Purchased what was advertised as travel sized bottles of hand sanitizer for $30.00, and waited over two months for them to be delivered. When they finally arrived, I found they are disposable, one time use packets that have nothing but Chinese writing on them. Emailed customer service and was told I could return them for a refund, but I would once again be responsible for the shipping costs. Crap service for a crap product from a crap company.

I have ordered a thermomater thinking it was from illinois . tracking shows coming from china .This company hasnt reached back out i would like a full refund and cant reach anyone . i will open a case with pay pal against them because they choose not to make good

I placed an order on 3/31 and still haven't received anything. I received an email from their support 11 days ago offering a credit on their site. I don't want a credit, I want a REFUND! I have been trying for over a month to get this resolved!

I placed an order literally 4 1/2 months ago. They took my money immediately, but I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed customer service multiple times and get nothing. I haven't even receive a tracking number yet. Scam company don't do; it but American! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM OR OVERSEAS AGAIN THEY SCARED ME!

One Star is way too high!!!! Ordered three items 2 1/2 months ago n April 2020. Never received them, giving me ridiculous run around forever so I asked for a refund and they said it would have to come from PayPal not them and I don't even use PayPal . Total rip off artists. Complete scammers. So many people have the same story. I placed a large order in the beginning of April. Their site said in stock and shipping in 2-3 days. A couple weeks later I got phony tracking numbers from China and then another email a few days later showing the items were delivered to another state. These tracking numbers were phony. Then they said they sent someone else’s tracking info by mistake and items would be received any day. Two months later nothing and then they stop responding.

If I could not give a star I would... I orded my items over 2 months ago and still have not received my items . You can't speak to a rep when you call the 866 number. And when sending emails all they say is sorry. I requested a refund and they state your items have been shipped still waiting.... DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.... I WANT MY MONEY BACK.... MY REFUND... IF THIS IS EVEN A REALLY COMPANY....
