Long standing relationship
We have been with Overline for years now, they have helped us stay on top of technology by keeping a close eye on our account with them. Started off just with the phones and now they do our IT and mobiles as well.

So many outages.
I've never known a phone system to have so many faults.
Time after time we come in to work to find our phone system down.
It's not only integral to our communication with customers but also our inter-branch communication.
Failure after failure to supply even the simplest requirement from them.
I would definitely avoid starting any new business with them and go with someone else.

We attempted to contact all our customers informing them about the outage but our communication lines were affected as well. All networks are active again. Please restart/reboot any affected device if your system is still experiencing issues. We have emailed a full report to all our customers this morning. If you haven't received the email, please provide us with your email address so we can add you to the notification list in accordance with GDPR communication regulations. Again, we truly apologise and will look into our current service providers to give updates on securing us and our customers against this.
Promised so much at the time of signing…
Promised so much at the time of signing the contract - then delivered nothing. When we asked why the things we were promised were not included in the package we were told "I wasn't at that meeting so can't comment on what our sales manager told you". Too many service outages as well ... and when a problem develops on a Friday afternoon (as it did on 31st January 2020) they publicly said we will support our customers and then they did nothing over the weekend - leaving our customers unable to contact us and therefore causing us loss of business and loss of reputation. It happens far too often - time to take this matter to the Ombudsman.

We attempted to contact all our customers informing them about the outage but our communication lines were affected as well. All networks are active again. Not to be trusted-do not sign face to face
Met with Overline to discuss moving to a voip system. Pleasant meeting, discussed our needs and struck a deal, signed the contract. Afterwards discovered the detail in the contract was not as agreed. No cooling off period-never sign a telephone contract face to face. Tried to cancel and we had to pay a £2000 exit fee.
They are not trustworthy and have lost the opportunity for future business.
