I placed an order for a bag, but the item I received is of very poor quality. The bag has double stitches, and it looks completely different from the one shown in your pictures. Moreover, the essentials shown in the product photos were missing. I have already raised a complaint on WhatsApp and Instagram, but I have not received a serious response yet. This feels unfair, as it seems customers’ trust and emotions are being taken for granted while the focus is only on making money.

I bought a bag from Overtop. I will say it's not bas in Quality. But they advertised an essential bag with it. That I didn't get with it. As I tried to reach them out, interestingly they don't have any Customer Care Services. I just got one number which I can just send a text and wait to never get a reply.

The quality they display is opposite to the real product it is really cheap everything they display in pictures is fake

This is, without a doubt, the worst purchase I have ever made. Overtop should be ashamed of themselves for selling this garbage and calling it a bag. When I opened the package, I genuinely thought it was a prank. The "bag" is a flimsy, paper-thin, glorified shopping bag that feels like it's going to disintegrate if I look at it wrong. The quality is a joke—I've seen more durable fast-food wrappers.

But wait, there's more. The product description promised mini bags. Guess what wasn't in the box? The mini bags. They didn't "forget" to include them; they straight up lied about them being part of the package. This isn't a mistake; it's false advertising.

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a product that is literally not worth a cent. It's a testament to how little Overtop cares about its customers. This isn't a company; it's a scam. Save your money and buy a paper bag from the grocery store—it'll probably last longer and you won't have to deal with their lies. Do not, under any circumstances, buy from this company. You've been warned.

Worst bag it doesn't come with utensils with mini bags

The bags they send are horrendous nothing like what they advertised. They hide the bad reviews and i think they have bot reviews. This is a scam. I need a refund or exchange quickly. Dont buy.

Don't buy any thing from here they showed 4k+ trustpilot reviews on the website. In actual they have only 90 reviews and 95% are 1 star. Thank God I checked manually on trustpilot.. be aware everyone

I was about to purchase a bag from this website, but when I checked their Trustpilot reviews, I noticed they looked fake. As someone who works in digital marketing, I can easily spot this kind of thing. It immediately made me lose trust in the brand, so I decided not to buy. Businesses should focus on real customer feedback instead of fake reviews.

Very bad quality and over all the material of bag is very cheap quality. I am not satisfied by this big brand very bad quality.

Bad quality total disappointed may Allah revenge them

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Overtop. The bag I received was completely different from the one shown in the picture. The quality was also subpar. To make matters worse, I've tried reaching out to their customer service via email, phone, Facebook, and Instagram, but they've been unresponsive. It's frustrating to see such a huge discrepancy between the product and the advertisement, and the lack of support is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend Overtop to anyone based on this experience.

I strongly advise against buying from this website. The product I received was completely different from what I ordered. It didn’t even match 20% of the item shown in the original listing. On top of that, the reviews on their website are clearly fake and misleading.
This was a total waste of my money and time. Customer support was unhelpful, They are clearly professional scammers.

Showing one article and send other don't trust

First of all there was a huge difference between what i saw and what i got the colour wasn’t the same, the quality wasn’t the same. Secondly they had shown in the picture that the backpack has alot of different compartments and i asked them if the backpack really had them and they said yes sir it has the compartments shown in the picture. Thirdly they had promised to give essentials with the backpack and on asking them about it they again said yes you will get essentials with the backpack and expectedly I didn’t get them too. Their service is sh3t. Their quality is sh3t. When i told them that i didn’t get any essentials or there are no such compartments in the backpack as shown in the picture, they are not taking any responsibility for it. Never going to buy anything from them again.

This is a complete Scam and they show something else on image and send complete different product . Upon asking for return they do not respond.

Quality is good but it is not same as shown in pictures i ordered s11 black but it is red from inside and looks so ugly

Scam Alert:
They sent a completely third-rate product, not even 50% similar to what was shown on their website. When you file a complaint or ask for a return, they respond by saying your complaint has been received and that they will get back to you—but they never do. They ignore your messages and calls, and eventually block you. They don’t even have a physical address in any city where you can go in person to return the item. So be warned, and do not purchase anything from them.

Bad experience. Fraud website.
I recommend to all buyers don't place your order on this website.
