Support was just awesome, i am not able to login in my account and try to find a way to contact OVH and finally i find twitter(X) support channel and i contact there and withing 30 minutes all problems get resolved.
Thank you for great help "OVH":)
and also thank you to the person who manually perform all action as requested from me after validation of account.

Their server pricing is awesome, but the support is worse, even down to the extreme worst.
Their support team does not even spend time to read and understand the customer's problem and they simply send a generic response, wasting the time of the customer. This happened me two times in two different support departments.
Trust me, do not buy their servers.

They said that the VPS will be processed 24-48h, however more than that has passed and they take a while to respond and my VPS is still not delivered and they are asking for 50+ documents... if they dont comply within the next couple of days I will force a refund request through my bank

The last offer 0.9$ for vps is 100% scam, they delete your your account with their orders after 1 day (after you receive the vps details)

They're clearly not that bothered about selling anything... In my case I'm just trying to get through to someone in Billing (obviously they only give out telephone numbers for their Sales team, who don't pick up anyway...) to discuss my contract. I'd like to cancel as I've encountered too many technical issues at this early stage - my server won't boot in normal mode any more, something to do with OS configuration - and there is little direction on how to solve it. I get that there are different tiers of support and you can't get gold standard support without paying for it, but if you're not a tech whiz like me and you have trouble making sense of complex documentation, you're stuffed.
For example, none of their support team has been helpful enough to give me a brief idiot's guide on how to check the logs in rescue mode, or if I decide to reinstall the OS, exactly what configuration I should select so that this problem doesn't reoccur. On the positive side, their live chat agents do respond very quickly. I just don't get how they can leave customers hanging on the sales line for so long - do they not want the business...
My impression was this would be very much plug and play, but it's been a disaster so far. I can't believe I've been waiting an hour to talk to a human, this is worse than airlines. Share price doesn't provide too much reassurance either...

Suspend my subscription after they receive abuse email from outdated spam program/software, 6000 messages sent are good 4 of them identified as spam, they remove also my account, money back is just titling, you have no chance to request your money, they remove your account, that vps will rent to another & the cycle turns

I ordered a server (SYS-1-SAT-32) which has IPMI. It turned out that it is not connected and this service is not guaranteed.
Technical support advised to abandon this and order another one or take it more expensive, but there are no guarantees that there will be IPMI. (4ovh - CS8011003)
From a financial point of view, such a bust will not be cheap, and there are no guarantees at all that it will help.
I opened a request to the billing department to replace the server. (4ovh - CS8011094) No response for over 10 days.
There is no documentation that there is or is not IPMI in the servers. After ordering, an error is written in the tab with IPMI.
The level of support is terrible. In the only ticket where they answered - there was no help.
If this problem is not solved and the financial department does not respond, I will return the money by any available means.

I am a new customer with OVHCloud, and I had planned to renew my dedicated server eco KS-GAME-2 in advance, which had a permanent 50% discount. However, when I tried to renew, the renewal price appeared without the discount. Is this an error? I remember that in the fine print, it stated that the discount was permanent and not just for 1 month like the current offers.
I tried to reach out through tickets and Discord but did not receive a response.

When making the final payment for the renewal, the discount appears. I apologize for the confusion.

OVH provide top-class services in terms of performance, DDoS protection and “technical” support and focus on technical here. They provide fast hardware replacement and good servers monitoring. In terms of the billing support 1 out of 10 my rating. Takes days to reach them despite that billing should be given priority support. As a CEO of hosting company. I have dealt with much colocation and dedicated server providers. Never really needed to contact billing support. But at OVH expect billing issues and bugs.
However we are just dealing with that because they provide competitive services in terms of DDoS protection and performance. Never faced a downtime really as i remember or just a very little downtime. That’s a 2 years experience with OVH.

This company scam people, I tried to cancel services, but their website gave error, then I contacted support, but they did not cancel services and my card was charged again and again, stay away from these scammers.

I paid for my server at 9th of Feb .. they activated the server at 11th of Feb
suddenly my server stopped working at 1st of Mar
I sent a support ticket at 1st of Mar
at 3rd of Mar my server got deleted
at 7th of Mar they responded that my server got deleted because I didnt pay !!
how the hell can I know that if they are not responding ?!!
they gave me 18 days of service even though I paid for 30 days
they dont want to give refunds
they dont want to bring the server online again for the days I paid for
I can provide all the emails and bills you want to pin this company as a bad one

One of the sites on my server was hacked with a common SQL injection. Rather than suspending that site, they closed ALL my websites.
When dealing with support to get help to restore sites the customer support team was more than awful. They weren't helpful at all.
I had to hire outside help to move my sites off the server and restore them elsewhere.
Now that I am trying to cancel, their cancellation fees are 100% of the remaining contract on the server which is insanely bad as they are simply taking advantage of the customers.
WILL NEVER USE OVH AGAIN!
