Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company! The overall service is absolutely horrible, and their customer support is a complete joke.

Extremely Slow Replies: If you run into any problems with your server, expect your project to be completely stuck. Their support team takes a month just to get back to you.

Terrible Customer Care: When they finally do respond, the customer service is disgusting and entirely unhelpful.

Better Alternatives Exist: There are millions of cheaper and better server providers out there that actually know how to treat their customers and offer far more value.

Do not trap yourself with a company that abandons you the second you need help. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Just keep away!

Suite à la migration Zimbra je ne pouvais plus relever mes mails sur une messagerie iPhone. Grace aux échanges avec Léa j’ai fini par trouver comment ré-enregistrer le mot de passe sur le serveur.

J'étais bloquée depuis deux mois avec une facture en attente. J'ai pu être dépannée suuite à un message au services d'assistance. Merci.

Good support from Francesco - quick and straight to it, also Bruno was excellent also! Servers are amazing and ease of use for spinning stuff up / deleting and using them is top tier, the credits tripped me up a little bit but all resolved now with support.

horrible service for US customers. support just does the ring around. was charged for a server friday, come back to server cancelled on monday. okay, lets get a replacement. no... it doesn't work that way here. you must wait for 30 layers of approval to get your money back after receiving no services and going through the ringer of support teams for a weekend. total waste of time, the good prices on the servers just cost you in stress and time wasted. go somewhere else. the support is absolutely abysmal. no help, and zero answers. it's ALWAYS 'let me go ask {x} team' with no help and never a clear answer. its just a bad experience. i'm a first time customer who was recommended here and under no circumstances would i return. good luck if you use these guys.

OVH we're very understanding of my needs and even after passing the 14 day refund policy, they still approved my refund on the promise that I would purchase another server. Delivery of the server was fast this time and the support was responded to within a day. Highly recommended and pleased to be with OVH

Live chat fixed my issue very swiftly. I should have tried to contact them earlier instead of trying to fix something myself that was not possible on my end.

Wow even their sales team suck! Trying to get some information about options advertised on their website as On Request. Firstly over a few weeks I've made many requests for a call back. No one calls. You then call their sales team and immediately they're difficult, not understanding the request and passive aggressive. This is not just one staff member it appears all. Going elsewhere!

5 DAYS SINCE WE REPORTED THIS INCIDENT, STILL NO CONTACT FROM OVH TEAM, PHONE LINES CLOSED, LIVE CHAT NOT WORKING, TICKETS UNANSWERED!

We are experiencing ongoing issues with the bare metal backup solution provided by OVH. On multiple occasions, we have reported that restores are failing due to what appears to be an SSL configuration issue within the backup platform.

Despite raising several support tickets, our concerns have not been properly addressed. Tickets are being ignored, closed without resolution, or left unanswered. This is unacceptable for a service that is intended to provide business-critical disaster recovery capabilities.

We require urgent assistance from OVH. Please arrange for a senior engineer or appropriate member of the support team to contact me as soon as possible to investigate and resolve this issue. The inability to perform a restore renders the backup solution ineffective and places our business at significant risk.

I would appreciate an immediate response and escalation of this matter.

I was charged £100+ for cloud provisioning in a misleading process, by a payment window displaying an error message saying I had no registered payment method, and credits applying to "All" services. I contacted ovhcloud.com straight away to be told "no refunds" on a service I had not wanted, used, or even accessed, which was reported immediately. I understand that refunds for online purchases are mandatory under UK and EU law. ohvcloud.com has not responded to my message relaying this. I shall be disputing this via my card issuer. I am writing this review because I am surprised that there is a sole European company which believes it is an exception to UK and EU consumer law.

They have recently put their web hosting prices up a lot and when you try to downgrade to a lower package they say to coy everything over manually.

When changing plan there were a few technical matters that required resolving first. When I raised a ticket their technical help and patience was extremely good and achieved the goal.
