Awesome service from start to finish. No pushy salesman but clear, practical advice. The installation was exceptional with no mess or rubbish to have to get rid of.
A quality job with excellent customer service.
Probably could have got it slightly cheaper but I'm glad we didn't bother.

Purchase and install of a Fujitsu Heat pump
As we live in a distant rural area,a quote was able to be given,via internet photos,The installer,arrived,on time,did a first class install,in a difficult first floor situation,with the external unit,mounted on brackets.The install only took 3.5hrs and I was impressed.

New Heat pump
Oxy Air were on time even though we live a bit out in the country.
Discussed the placement and even dug out a big old rose bush (that we wish was gone ages ago) to assist with ducting.

Excellent service
A pleasant experience from start to finish from the salesman who advised us on options for heat pump installation, the admin staff in between who organized the installation and payment and the two installers (one electrical) who actually did the job. It was a seamless professional operation Thank you to everyone

Poor communication on why air conditioning unit was installed
Agreed installation date was not met, 5 visits for installation to take place. In the end we found out that the unit was faulty and needed to be replaced however this was not communicated to us until questioned.
