Looked at product and found it was all is was looking for in a oxygen concentrator

I've only had it for a few days and works well. Extremely quiet. I use 2L/min and it works as good if not better than my home unit rental through Medicare which is very loud. I read through the manual first to make sure I was using correctly. The one thing the manual does not tell you is for continuous operation, (24/7) do not set a time and leave it at 0:00. (I wrote customer support for this answer.) So far, so good and hope it lasts a long time!!

It has taken some time to get the issue resolved but hopefully every thing will be smooth going forward

This works perfectly for my daily in home oxygen needs. I have a concentrator on each floor now and this one is lighter than the bulky original one from my
Medical company.

I bought an affordable, portable oxygen concentrator for my 91 y/o mother, so that we wouldn't have to carry so many oxygen bottles around. The problem was, it came with only one battery, and it was a 2500 mAh battery and would only last about 1 hour. After a good bit of searching, I came across TTLife, who had the exact battery in 5000 mAh, so I bought a pair. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I should have bought more batteries. The three she has now will get her through church on Sunday and lunch afterwards. Good job!

I've only had my oxygen generator for a few days, and haven't used it very much. It does operate very well, and it's light weight. I think I'm going to enjoy using it.

Truth be told, I haven’t used it much since I got it. It isn’t something I need often, but it makes a difference when I do need it.

I got the machine last Thursday did what it said to do plugged it in and waited 8 hours and nothing works not even the remote with brand new battery's i contacted your maintance repair place and I heard from them 3 times each time 1 day apart with no prevail to fix this thing or letting me know to ship it back to you for a refund, I am sending this crap back to you for full refund
