Mehul@oyster was a superstar
Oyster provided an honest appraisal for marketing the property for a quick sale that I had requested. A buyer for the house was found within a week of marketing. The oyster team kept me abreast of the conveyancing at regular intervals. Any queries were quickly communicated to me and I was able to answer straight away, better than waiting for solicitors to talk to each other!
The sales team were great throughout the process but I have to thank Mehul in particular for keeping the buyers calm, engaged and patient.
I would highly recommend selling with oyster again!

We are in the process of buying a property and so far our experience is very good. Mehul is helping us in this whole process. He very polite, professional, very responsive, informative and transparent. Worst response ever
I would like to share feedback regarding my recent interaction with one of your colleagues Mehul.
During my call, I introduced myself as a portfolio landlord and reached out for assistance regarding a matter related to my property. However, I was informed by the colleague that he has been moved to a different department and therefore asked me to contact the maintenance team directly instead of assisting or guiding me further.
While I understand that departmental changes happen, the response felt dismissive and did not provide any meaningful assistance or direction to resolve the issue. As a landlord managing multiple properties, I expect a certain level of support and professionalism when reaching out.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to ensure that customers are provided with clearer guidance or proper handover when responsibilities change between departments.

Extremely Unprofessional and…
Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service
I had a property viewing scheduled for 12:10 PM. At 12:01 PM, just nine minutes before the appointment, I received a message saying the viewing was cancelled because the landlord had given the agent the wrong keys.
What makes this even worse is that I was already standing in front of the property for several minutes, and no one showed up or even tried to enter the house. When I asked what happened, I was told the agent had been there at 11:30 AM but for some reason, they waited over 30 minutes to let me know that the viewing would not happen.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for people’s time. Mistakes can happen, but informing your clients promptly is the minimum standard in this industry.
After this experience, I absolutely do not recommend this agency. If they can’t handle something as simple as a scheduled viewing properly, I would not trust them with anything more important.

Really BAD service. No one picks up the phone and all they want you to do is respond to a watsap text messaging system that does not reply often. No one calls you back this is the worst agency I’ve ever been involved with. I have been wondering if this is a legit company. Stay away!!!
