I dealt with Sue. It was nice to know who the person was dealing with your account and not getting passed to different people. She was very transparent and honest with everything. Always contactable by email, phone etc. She got back to me as soon as she could and didn't keep me waiting days for replies. Sue guided me through the whole process and was very patient with me and my situation. She worked to get me the best deal and car for me.

I do not have the best credit rating and have been turned down for car finance before until I got intouch with Ozoomi, their agent Sue was fantastic from start to finish, she was extremely helpful and kept me informed at every stage. There was no pressure at all to commit, and the whole process was very fast. I have a new car thanks to Sue @ Ozoomi, I would definitely recommend this company 👌
