Love to bags, love the pods - my handles are holding up fine (textile, not vegan leather) but the plastic on the zip pulls start snapping off pretty much from wash #1, am I right?

I looked at the online resellers and pretty much all of them seem to lose a zip pull or two along the way

I bought an older style shoulder bag pacapod from Vinted and absolutely loved it so treated myself to one of the rucksacks in their sale. There was initially an issue with postage but this was quickly rectified and the bag is beautiful, the quality, the colour- everything!
I had a small issue with the bag which I reported to customer services on the Saturday, I had a brand new bag on my doorstep by Wednesday. Fantastic customer service!
I would recommend these to any new parents, the pods are great when changing out and about and I never have to tip my bag out looking for something.

Unfortunately after only 5 months use the strap started peeling leaving the bag looking rather shabby but as I had bought the bag as an early present for my daughter the warranty had just expired when I got to report it. Pacapod refuse to acknowledge there is a known fault with their product. This is the second Pacapod to do this as I also bought one for my other daughter which had the same problem. Poor customer service Pacapod!

Any new mums out there, avoid a Pacapod changing bag. I bought a Hartland changing bag for my daughter. It has less than six months use and already falling apart. Have contacted Pacapod customer service, but no joy. Complete waste of money!

I have bought 2 pacapod over the last year and a half and both have been disappointing. My family members have also purchased many, with similar disappointing experiences.

I love the pods and take them out the bag to use all the time.

However, the bags themselves are poor quality. I have the hartland. All the vegan leather has peeled from the straps where any movement or friction occurs. When speaking to the company about this directly they refused to acknowledge it was a design flaw and continually stated it was because I was using hand sanitiser.

They did offer a replacement but not the exact bag I had ordered (which I love because it’s is wipeable and in great condition other than the straps, which realistically only I would notice). They offered me an alternative which was made fully of vegan leather. After my experience with the leather strap on my bag I refused this and asked if I did take a replacement could I keep my damaged bag as the body of the product was fine (it would pain me to lose out in my currently product because the pattern is lovely). I was told that I had to return the perfectly usable bag to continue with any product replacement.

Having dealt with many customer service teams since my baby was born in terms of children’s products, this is not the norm for customer service. Almost every company I have dealt which have replaced my product when given proof of damage without the original product needing to be returned.
