Ordered watch but the crown is useless. Doesn’t screw down . When trying to tighten up it keeps moving the hands round. Poor quality control.

Ordered and paid on 7th of August on this website with order number: order 10701051. The track showed they never handed a package over to the driver.
The first few months they didn't reply, then they said it was already shipped, then they said they will ship it again, then I got an email they couldn't find the shipment, then an email that they would refund me.

They never send me the watch and never refunded me they just pretend and switch their story over and over. Worst customer experience of my life.

Do not under any circumstance order on this website they lie and lie and keep your money.

The exact same website that is listed here to be precise!

Paganidesignwatch.com or paganidesignwatch.net is a spam, I already ordered a watch cost me around 100$, including shipping and all information at both website fake, i send more then email there is no response only automatic reply i loss my money i had all of things like emails and bank debited report, im so sad 😞 for what happened with me finally all reviews at website were fake and try to submit ur one its not allow

Bought Pagani Design PD-1671, a Tudor BB homage. I am impressed with the quality vs price, fast shipping and import taxes included to EU!

The quality of this watch is very good but the model that I have ordered should be the calendar but they send it without, and this is the second time that the colors aren't the same like the picture that they have in their web site, in this case the color of the marks and number are different. In the site are very luminous ligth orange like a real Omega but in my watch are dark dull orange.

I recently ordered a Rolex Oyster Perpetual homage from AliExpress, paid for it and a couple of days later decided to cancel this purchase and choose a different Watch, a Pagani Rolex Submariner homage with an upgraded Seiko Movement. The original payment was refunded within 24 hours, brilliant service. The new Watch has been dispatched. My experience with AliExpress over the years has been fantastic, with brilliant products at unbelievable prices. I have used them over 100 times. I don't doubt that my new Pagani watch will live up to my expectations. Why spend up to 100 times more for the original watch when these Pagani watches are available for a fraction of the price.

I ordered a Pagani Design Air King (Rolex) homage watch during the AliExpress summer sale. First time I've bought a watch this way... it was under £100, I'd seen lots of YouTube reviews of Pagani Design watches, so I decided the risk was worth it and I ordered it from the official Pagani Design store on AliExpress.

The risk being the item doesn't turn up, or is disappointing quality.

I'm pleased to say that the watch did turn up (17 days from order to delivery) and is a brilliant watch. The quality of the finishing is excellent and must compare favourably with Seiko level branded watches costing several times the price.

Considering you get Japanese movement, screw-down crown, screw pins for bracelet link removal, sapphire glass etc., all for an amazing price, I'm really pleased with the watch.

I knew AliExpress is a bit of a jungle, but Pagani Design has worked out fine for me. Amazing watch, for a real value for money price.

My only complaint about the buying experience was the length of time it took from receiving a 'despatched' notification via email to the item appearing on the AliExpress tracking. I'll know for next time, and 17 days delivery time is fine with me, considering the absolute bargain / high quality watch I received.

Ordered watch on 7/2/2022 still havent recieved them.
Track&Trace saying they sent it back for some reason
Custumer support does not answer.

Very good!

Watch arrived in 14 days after it was shipped, I also was able to track it the entire way which was nice. Good protective packaging. EU VAT was included and I did not need to pay ANY import fees to Sweden. It seemed too good to be true, it was not.

The watch I bought was the PD-1661, no complaints so far.

BRACELET DISCONNECTED FROM THE BEZEL

As seen on the image/video I sent to you on AliExpress the watch arrived without the required spring bars on the end links of the bracelet making it IMPOSSIBLE TO USE!! I will not be spending any more money to send it back!

As I paid 120,25 EUR for this useless watch therefore I demand a partial refund of 50%. I will delete this review if accepted!

Thanks for trying to make the best Royal Oak homages but be respectful and do NOT send broken watches to your clients!

First ever purchase from Pagani-Design on AliExpress and the quality of the watch is awful. Scratches, sharp edges all over watch and bracelet, date through cyclops is totally unreadable. Contacted seller for a returns label and explanation as to why i wanted a returns label and useless response. Seller blocked me and said wait for dispute to end on AliExpress. Waiting for AliExpress to pull their finger out as dispute has ended but still no decision. I will contact Paypal and let them sort this out.
Don't buy from Pagani-Design on AliExpress as clearly a bunch of thieves as the postage(their valuation of the watch) by them clearly stamped at a price of a 7th of the value what i paid for the watch. All this evidence is photographed and on the dispute and will forward this to Paypal.
If you're reading this then i strongly suggest NOT to buying anything from Pagani-Design.
Ignorant seller, ignorant customer service.
