I only had to inquire once why my order hadn't arrived. They got right on it and gave me the answer I was looking for the very next day! You can bet if you have any problems, customer service will be happy to help.

I have bought sum paint by numbers sets from paint by numbers shop and the last purchase arrived with some damage to one of the canvas when I emailed customer service they were very nice and promptly responding to my self and getting arplacem sent to me it was a complete different experience from this company and some others I have delt with I do purchase quite often and I will be doing so again from this one thank you Gerry. I've been learning a lot about painting with your kits. Things like composition, shading, use of color and negative space. I'm learning how to paint, water, landscape and foliage. I have three more I'm going to do that will teach me even more. Thanks for your assistance in my experience.

Just awful! I made my purchase. The tracking site they use has no information on my purchase. I've emailed several times with no response, just an automated computer-generated message.
Awful place to do business with.
They got my money, I can't get a response let alone the product I payed for!

Got a reply it was delivered to a safe place. It was NOT delivered to me. Never, after many emails did their so called human reply to my emails. And no delivery!
This is just awful!

Where is this so called"safe" place?? It's certainly not at the address it was supposed to be delivered to. And get free to reach out to you? Who? I can't even track with your company or your logistics company. What scam!!

I did get a full refund, thank you Vanessa. But nothing for a Christmas gift. The so called safe spot it was delivered to was in Australia. I live in the UsA.

Ordered a personalised portrait of my dog. To be honest when I realised that order was coming from China, my heart sank. But to their credit, the order arrived safely and although not completed yet, seems really good quality. The order was delivered by Royal mail. I ordered the goods on 4th Oct and was delivered on the 18th Oct. Very pleased with quality and service.

Just wanted to say I received my long awaited Rooster pic and I am so excited to start painting it. Also, I loved the plastic tray the paint pots were wrapped in as well!!

Replaced a broken brush with a full new set.
Loved the painting with clear instructions and plenty of paint to complete.

Overseas shipping was very fast. One of the Paint by Numbers I ordered was damaged in transit and they sent me a replacent with no hassle that also arrived quickly. No co.plai ts at all!

Do not recommend the seller. Mistakenly placed an order thinking it's local since no currency format was mentioned next to the figure of the order (even in the receipt emailed to me - very dodgy). Wanted to cancel just after placing the order since I was charged in a foreign currency (USD) a higher amount than expected to pay. Sent an email to customer inquiries within few seconds/ 1minute I was charged, asking seller to cancel the order and what happened. They took their time to respond and said will try to contact logistics team about this. After a long await with couple of emails sent with reminders almost every other day, close to 20 days I was told its already shipped out of the country. I was given the impression they were trying to contact logistics and I was assuming that is the reason behind the delay in reply. It is amusing that a company takes that long to contact their logistics team and say they can't do anything (seriously what's the point of having that team). Anyway I enquired about how to return the order since I was very disappointed with their customer care and treatment up to that point. I was given an address in Israel to return the goods (not from where it sent or CA - again dodgy). To send it by sea to that address in this pandemic would take close to 3 months and very costly (closer to the order amount I was charged which is not refunded to the buyer). Since there was no use in getting the order refund just to be charged another similar amount for shipping I was forced to keep the goods. Hopefully I don't need to complain about the quality or any issues with the kits, since the return also sucks same as cancellation. Overall Poor customer service!!! shady return policy !!! No order cancellation !!! 3 stars.

After the above review seller reached out to give a refund only for the amount charged extra in currency exchange which is a nice gesture. I haven't started using the kits, which I paid for and was forced to keep. Fingers crossed they will look good.

This is the best site for painting by numbers. I have tried other sites and none of them are up to their standard.

Colours and clarity of detail on canvas are excellent.

Excited to await for new arrivals.

If you want a hassle and a fight to get your order then order through this business. I have finally gotten my order after more than 3 months with emails and reviews posted to this site. Thankyou trust pilot without this site many businesses can and will take advantage of you, take your money and not deliver the goods. If I hadn't of posted my experience on this site my order would never have been resent as they apparently lost the first order. By the way package was delivered in the end , just received it today. I have not opened and have thrown it in the bin , where it belongs. I am so disgusted with this experience I no longer have any desire to paint or use this product. Fyi I was asked on numerous occasions to delete my reviews which I did on my first one. I had to post my second again as I was getting no answer from them. Which strangely enough got a very fast response. This is now my third and last review. 0 stars

Always wanted to paint.Kit arrived with everything I needed. So excited! Started to paint and the tension just slipped away as I worked on my canvas. Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!!
Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous!
Definitely going to get another. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend!

I just read the email from Sarah and I couldn’t agree more! The past 18 months have been the hardest of my life!! I can’t see my loved ones and I’m an apartment manager and I live where I work so there’s no getting a change of scenery for me.

I was going deeper into depression during the solitude and couldn’t imagine a way out until I bought my first painting. I was exactly like Sarah thinking I had no talent or artistic ways and thought I’d wasted my money.

When I finally picked up my first brush, I was taken away to a place of happiness and beauty!! Having seen how great they turn out has given me confidence and helped with my depression. I am just emailing to give you my review.
Being a first timer, I received my first complete pack a few
weeks ago now. When I first took the canvas out of the box, I was
astounded! I really didn’t think I would be able to achieve such
a task! It was completely covered with the tiniest of shapes to
paint. However, I started in one corner and just simply began. I
am a busy mum who has just recently stopped working full time after 20 yrs. This project is a step towards slowing down and taking time for me. Even though I am only barely half way with my painting, I am just so incredibly proud of what I have achieved so far! Seeing the painting come to life section by section is just so satisfying! My daughters and husband are so proud and excited to see this simple transformation happening, both on the
canvas and within me! They and I are all loving this new sense of
creativity that has been rediscovered! Without even finishing my canvas I am just so grateful that you have this company and are
allowing people to paint, to create, to achieve such an important part of themselves, that is often lost in the busy nature of ‘life’!

My original order was damaged in transit. I immediately emailed the company. Vanessa was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. The item arrived in tact this time and as promised. The acrylic colors are so beautiful and included 4 paint brushes of different sizes for the more difficult, narrow paint areas on the canvas. I already started painting. I'm super excited to see the finished product.

By far, this was the best paint that I’ve used so far. I’d highly recommend
