Honestly cannot fault this company. Really helpful from start to finish, super quick to respond to any emails and genuinely nice people. The work that was completed was spot on and it was a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I was treated very badly and the job was not explained correctly leaving me with a half uninstalled cooker unit while when I tried to discuss this was blamed on my lack of knowledge of uninstalling cookers . condescending and really not forth coming. Basically they expect you to know what needs doing and it’s your fault if you get it wrong .
To clarify my email said hob which I then corrected to a complete cooker in a call. The engineer who I understood to be asking about the installation of the replacement cooker not the uninstalling of the current cooker as I was under the understanding uninstalling a cooker means both gas and electric . This was not the service offered .
Basically you need to know all engineering require and rules before you engage this professional. The expectation is on you as customer

Plumber came on time and did a good job of installing a sink and a replacement shower/cubicle. He was always courteous and friendly but worked consistently to finish the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Palace Plumbers and will use them again.

We used Palace Plumbers to installed an unvented hot water system. From the start their engagement was really professional, they took time to properly understand the job, provided very honest feedback on the feasibility of what was being asked and made a very structured quote with cost options. When the job was agreed they made two additional visits to validate the work to ensure they had it designed correctly, and when doing the job they were very tidy with a positive professional manner. When it was all done they took the time to walk me through the installation so I fully understood how it all worked. Top job.

We had a really good experience with Palace Plumbers. Two showers were not working properly and a great plumber called Taz from Palace Plumbers came round and did a fantastic job. Quickly assessed the problem and came back when the parts were available. Matt in the office is really efficient at coordinating arrangements and keeping customers up to date on parts etc. All very courteous and a pleasure to deal with and they gave good advise on what were the best and most cost effective solutions. Would definitely strongly recommend the company.
