I contacted Paula on Instagram to see if it would be possible to alter a ready piece to be more to my liking. She replied back immediately and explained that although it's not possible to alter the piece in question, she would be happy to make a necklace as a custom order. She had great ideas on how to make it look exactly like I wanted and overall communication was great throughout the process with regular updates.

Price was very reasonable even though it was a custom order and I couldn't be happier with the result! Everything from quick, hassle-free international shipping to beautiful packaging was top notch. I would recommend anyone to contact her for custom orders without hesitation.

Apart from this recent custom order, I have ordered a necklace and a ring a couple of years ago, both are amazing and I still use them daily. Thank you Paula!
