ORDERED A TREE FERN ON THE 2ND MAY, WE KNEW IT'S JUST A FEW DAYS DELIVERLY, SO I DID CONTACT THE COMPANY, AS THERE SEEMED TO BE A DELAY. IT WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY POSTCODE, SO MY ORDER COULDN'T BE DELIVERED, SO AFTER SORTING THAT OUT, AHMAD SAID HE WOULD SEND ANOTHER TREE FERN OUT AFTER THE BANK HOLIDAY, WHICH WAS FINE WITH US.
THEN LAST EVENING (SAT 23RD MAY), DOOR BELL RANG, IT WAS AHMAD WITH OUR TREE FERN, AT 8PM, WE WERE MOST SURPRISED & PLEASE. NOW HOW GOOD IS THAT, COMING FROM LONDON TO US IN THE EVENING, WITH A GOOD SIZED TREE FERN, THE FOND'S ARE USUALLY CUT OFF FOR DELIVERIES, THIS ONE STILL HAD IT'S FONDS, WHICH MADE IT A GOOD SIZE INDEED.
SO FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 OUT OF 10 BRILLIANT.

Ordered a bench, after several weeks followed up by email to confirm delivery date. Was told delivery would take place in approximately two working days. Bench was not delivered, after a further week, contacted again by email to enquire about delivery of order and received no response. I have since been contacted and assured the delivery is on its way and received confirmation of shipping. I am hopeful that the company could simply improve communicatiom around delivery timescales.

Wonderful Yucca Rosata delivered within two days, larger than expected, in good health, hopefully it will flourish. Recommend Palm and Olive for their service and speed.

Great trees, delivered on time and very happy with the purchase

A gift for my son’s birthday couldn’t have been better. The delivery, the product and the info was exactly as stated.
Everyone was more than delighted.

I bought a teak banana bench on April 5th. No contact at all other than a receipt. I have not received the item. I emailed the company on April 18, no reply. I used their contact form on April 28. No response! I told them if I do not hear from them by May 5, I am entitled to a refund but would still like the bench to be delivered! They are nearly out of time, they must give a refund if not delivered in 30 days. As I have not had any contact so far, I suspect I will have to contact my bank to claw the money back. Nothing but hassle! Check the company out on Companies House, then use Google maps to find the address of the person running this outfit.

My first time ordering from this company and I am extremely impressed. I ordered a 5-6ft fortunai Palm and on its arrival today I was not disappointed it is really healthy and the size ordered. 100% reccomend this company, I would purchase from them again.

The Olive Tree is wonderful I couldn't ask for a more beautiful tree, and a palm exactly what I was expecting. The chaps who delivered were lovely. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars was the communication was poor after purchase.

I have to say that the plant itself was excellent.so why the not so great review.WELL one word delivery.if you are going to charge 40 pounds for so called tracked delivery,which takes 10 days ,which there was no communication and you advertise as being 3 days ,then I’m sorry but palm and olive ,you really do need to up your game ,with your couriers.im going to bite my nose off to spite my face on this ,wouldn’t buy from you again ,which will be my loss ,because the tree fern was great ,but the aggro ,not worth it .

Delivered to our rural location within week of ordering which was pleasantly unexpected considering some previous reviews. Great contact with delivery driver on day ( but could have done with some prior warning as we were out and live in terrace directly on road ) driver did well and left in neighbours side gate. Olive tree as described and looked very healthy … so far great thanks !

Cancelled delivery

Just had some pots and plants delivered for my newly landscaped garden and they’re beautiful.
The guys were extremely helpful and friendly and the delivery was quicker than expected!
10/10 would recommend.
