Hi Elaine, thanks for your review. The order was cancelled and this was a pending charge by your bank on your card, and nothing was charged to your card for this.
When you place an order online, the credit/debit card company will hold the transaction first of all before actually charging your account. It is only charged once your order is invoiced (the order is ready to be sent out) and therefore authorised to do so. I hope this clarifies this a little bit, and please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team if you have any other questions on this.

WINTER TREAT I seen this coat on the lovely Vanessa felts who I follow on insta,I kindly asked her where her coat was from she replied and so I ordered it I couldn't belive the price plus I got a discount.
