I ordered these panels few weeks ago, then because I didn't get any order confirmation panicked that it was a scam. A quick Google found me searching through these bad reviews - damn I've been scammed I thought. But no, after a few days I received a delivery date and the correct panels turned up undamaged. Woo!!! The only difference from these panels to the double price version is the MDF strips are only faced on 1 side. I had the charcoal panels and this was not visible once fitted. The strips are also not glued to the felt, only stapled - which isn't a problem as there is sufficient stables to hold them, even when cutting panels down.

As to customer service, I can't comment.

I’m not gonna lie, I was not convinced whether I was going to receive my order after reading all the reviews …

However I did….. I received on the date I was given, the driver called me the night before, told me which drop I was and he was at my front door at 7am with my order …

Please dont order from here please read all reviews awful company ordered panels not turned up now messing about with bank ect to get my money back .reported to trading standards

Slow delivery, one panel came without any packaging and was damaged. Offered me 10% off the one panel if I trimmed it. Ridiculous! Will go elsewhere in future. No phone number, slow customer service. You get what you pay for I guess.

Website promises fast nationwide delivery but they took 2 weeks to ship. The panels that arrived are totally the wrong colour, even the labels on the box with the colour on have been cut out. Tried emailing the company to rectify the panels but they don’t even respond. Shocking company

The panels are ok. No, they aren't the best quality on the market, but they are cheap compared with others so you get what you pay for. The false advertising, poor customer service not replying to emails and the lighting kits they sell are the real problem and the things to be aware of. Take a chance on the panels if you don't mind the slightly lower quality, but whatever you do don't order the lights kits. I made this mistake and the kit arrived all covered in Chinese writing, the lights were not wired in, you need to strip the wires, solder them into a transformer that is badly built and not adaquate for multiple wires, then you have to buy a wire for a plug and wire in a plug to the other end of the transformer and then hope it works somehow. I requested to return for a refund but don't expect I will hear back. £130 wasted.

Ordered 5 dark grey panels and 2 of them were completely different colour. Have tried to contact this company by email a few times and no response. I have just had to pay another £90 for the correct ones so I can finish my project and I am now out of pocket.
They also were supposed to be delivered last Sunday so me and my hubby came home early from our weekend away and at 11am got a message to say they would come the Monday! Not a great experience at all.
Can I just add that the panels are lovely and great quality. It’s a pity the customer service lets them down as this would be a great company

Get a tape measure and check you delivery when it arrives. You will find you have been sold the panels they claim not to sell 15mm foil laminate, not the 22mm real wood veneer you think you have ordered. Even says this on the packaging. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 13 panels. Paid online an got Delivery date 14th november. Just arrived on time. Great Delivery guy phoned before arriving an checked i had the correct amount. Panels look amazing for price an well packed. THANK YOU

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My 77 year old Dad ordered from here not really knowing any better. They have no contact number, will not reply to emails. Did have a brief chat on FB Messenger and just told to email. They have plenty of time to push their corrupt business on Facebook. Other reviews suggest receiving inferior panels if they finally do turn up. Asked for a refund but totally ignored!

Terrible company ! Items not arrived. No response from company and no phone number to speak directly to them. SCAM FIRM do not use

I have recently received an excellent service from PanelOutlet. I contacted them with a query regarding how much adhesive was required for each panel and my email was answered almost immediately. Following my order they then promptly notified me of when my panels would be delivered. This was as specified in the order information. And they were delivered to my property on time. The panels are of excellent quality and are now proudly installed in my new studio. Thank you 😃

Absolutely happy with the purchase, for that money they are brilliant, Jessica helped a lot via emails, delivered without any problems, I knew the delivery day a week before , so could do a plans to receive it without any problems. Thanks again

AVOID at all costs, do not order and save your money. Their other company is British Homes Direct so dont order there either. Order received is wrong, messaged for days about them delivering the wrong panel and no reply. Messaged on all the socials and also now blocked. Absolute FRAUDS, reported to trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Scam. Ordered 24th August delivery was supposed to be by 31st. Nothing has arrived. Sent several emails and no one replies. Going through bank for a refund.

I ordered 22mm thick panels from paneloutlet.co.uk and the website / item description says "we don't sell the cheaper 15mm thick panels". When I received them, I was disappointed to find they're the cheap 15mm panels that they say they don't sell and nothing like the 22mm thick samples. I've emailed them 3 times about this but no replies. :(

Received today, Brilliant service and a well deserved review. I was unsure as they was cheap but the quality is just as good if not better as B&Q. I was made aware when delivery was and was called 1 hour before. Overall a pleasant experience
