Excellent customer service
Following an extended delay in the delivery of my order I contacted Paper Tiger and they couldn't have been more helpful. Another diary was personalised and sent out to me, which I received. After another few working days Royal Mail finally made another delivery. Paper Tiger have been so responsive during the process even though Royal Mail have incurred costs to them.

Your recent order took 3 days to arrive, although you were expecting the delivery to arrive using the express shipping option.
When we investigated the reason for this we found that when you made your order on the 24th of January you selected the Royal Mail Standard option rather than the Express option, and did not in fact pay twice the price for delivery. The Standard service usually takes 4/5 working days with the Royal Mail, so your delivery arrived earlier than expected for the service you selected.
