We purchased a computer from Komplett before Christmas. It arrived about two weeks later than planned but that was expected with Covid and Brexit implications. We had ongoing emails from Komplett keeping us informed of its location. The computer is of excellent quality and we are happy customers.
I ordered a computer case from Komplett.ie. The case arrived on time but without the top panel, the box was also damaged just beside the top panel as if someone had reached in to get it out. I wrote to customer service immediately about this and got an auto reply stating they would be in touch within 2 days. It took them a week to reply. They then requested that i fill in a returns form on their website and it may be accepted, this reponse marked the issue resolved by customer service.
"After completion of the form your request will be reviewed. Upon acceptance you will receive a link to arrange UPS collection of your product and print a return label.
This service ticket will be marked resolved. Upon completion of the returns form, you will receive a new return reference number. "
At this time i had built the pc as i needed it for work. I believe komplett knew the product wasnt complete and waited to respond knowing that the part was most likely needed and to return the whole case after a week would be very inconvenient. After stating my dissatisfaction with this outcome, i recieved a very sarcastic message from their customer service rep stating
"Dear Daire.
Sorry to hear that. I wish you a great day nevertheless.
Kind regards,"
To order the part myself will cost just over 30 euro on the cooler master website with shipping included. Ive left a review on their website about this but it hasnt been displayed. Very disappointing experience with this website as a whole, would recommend anyone to stay away.
I was in the market for a new PC peripheral and decided upon Komplett after some window shopping across several sites.
I settled on Komplett for two reasons
1) 3-5 day delivery window
2) Use of DHL Courier
For me, DHL is a solid courier in my area, and have had many good experiences with them over the last year. (it varies for us all though).
I ordered my item a little over two weeks ago, and upon receiving the dispatch email I saw that it was going to be handled partway by DHL and would then be handed to a local courier. (The Netherlands to Ireland)
Upon checking this out I saw that the local courier was Fastway.ie, and if you know anything about fastway then you know how un-trustworthy they are and have a long history of cowboy drivers who take packages. Now not all of them but, personally I've had awful experiences and their Trustpilot score tells you all you need to know. It's a risk to trust them.
I'm giving Komplett this 1/5 because they don't state this pre sales. I had expected a solid service but instead I had to keep an eye on Fastway and of course, they had a lot of trouble finding my address. If I had not been watching them, reaching out to them. Fastway would have taken my parcel, luckily, due to my own time spent, I got my parcel this time.
So if you are in Ireland, and preparing to give Komplett a sizeable and valuable order. Be very careful.
I filed a complaint with Komplett and won't bother ordering from them in the future for misleading information and partnering with a dodgy courier service.
I’ve ordered two items but unfortunately they stopped working. I contacted them and they said I can have it repaired because the items are still under warranty. I’ve been waiting for weeks and they keep finding new excuses. First they told me the website is not working so they can’t provide me with the courier label, then they said the courier is not delivering so they’re going to give me another label for a different service and now they’re ignoring me completely. I’ve been trying to sort it out for weeks and nothing. Very poor costumer service and they way they treat their existing costumers is unacceptable! I will never order from them again.

Beställde en vara på rabatt, det skickar ut fel och ser ut som en använd demo produkt av ett helt annat märke.
Då säger dom att det tyvärr inte är returrätt på demo ex...
Suttit och skrivit med dom nu i över två veckor utan att det leder någon vart. Ett misstag av dom som kostar mig tusenlappar ser det ut som.

Very fast response in customer service, got helped immediately and my order arrived within 5 days to my address in Ireland.
This used to be a very good site but not anymore the site is promising deliveries within 2 to 3 days now they don't deliver within two weeks and you can contact customer service, no reply from customer service, it's just gone, I don't know what happened to it, it's very sad because they were very good but no more.
Purchased a gaming laptop on Black Friday intended as a Christmas gift. I waited a week or so to get an update as it was still being "processed". I sent an email but I did not receive an update for a significant amount of time after my email to them. ONLY to be told that the stock was discontinued. I was then offered a laptop it could be swapped with which I thought was a nice gesture due to the fact that I had waited for so long and I would not have enough time to order a new one before Christmas. BUT then I was told I had to pay the additional difference despite having waited 20 days for an update. Now I have no Christmas gift. I could have picked from other great black Friday deals at different websites. Having worked in customer experience, this is one of the worst services I have ever had and I will be telling anyone I have told in the past to buy elsewhere.
The laptop arrived on time in Ireland as promised and I am completely satisfied with it. I bought Lenovo, IdeaPad 3, it is very slim, fast and works extremely well as per the description on Komplett web site.
Terrible service, unhelpful staff.
Bought a monitor in September, came DOA, waited about 2.5 weeks for them to come and pick it up.
Waited another 3 weeks for them to "inspect" the item.
And now in 9 days, it will be 2 months since I bought the item, still have not received my money back or the replacement monitor. Avoid or don't I don't really care. I will never again buy from them.
I checked out a few PC's online and komplett.ie had one on special that was around €50 cheaper that other sites. It showed the item was in stock and said delivery would be within 3-4 working days. I also ordered a printer that said was "DUE" within 1 day. 5 workings days later and NO CONTACT from them. I phoned the contact number 4 times and after a 20 minute wait the phone disconnected. I checked their website which said if something ordered was not in stock you had 3 options:
1) Wait for it
2) Cancel the item that was NOT in stock and get the rest of your order
3) Cancel the complete order.
I E-mailed them asking for them to send the PC and cancel the printer. Waited 2 days for a reply to be told planned delivery date 1 month away. They did not even read my e-mail.
I then contacted them back to cancel the complete order and was told it would be 10 working days before they could process the refund.
All in all they took money for something they said they had when they did not have it. Customer support is very bad, I will not be using them again. Wishing I read some of the reviews before purchasing....
The worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered cctv from them and on the site it told me delivery is 3-4 days.5 weeks later I am still awaiting delivery. Unacceptable
Recommended by a friend to by my parts for my first PC with komplett, well let me tell you how much I regret it.
1. Parts arrived built PC correctly. It wouldn't power, tested everything and I couldn't figure out why.
2. few days later of trial and error I decided to bring it to a computer service store to see if they could solve the issue.
3. 5 days later thy get back to me and tell me the motherboard (which states it is BIOS updated to run new AMD cpu) wasn't compatible. Switched out the motherboard after forking out more money to buy one whilst returning this one to komplett, which may I add still haven't received a refund.
4. After getting a new motherboard from AMAZON. The PC still wouldn't power.. In which I was later told by the computer servicing guy that the PSU *Cooler Master V850 Gold* I bought was faulty.
5. Overall, I ended up spending way more than i budgeted, the customer service reps that I am still dealing with are clueless on how to treat customers and resolve situations and its now the 14th of October I return my goods to them a little over 4 weeks ago and I still haven't had a refund processed nor have they the courtesy to reply to my emails.
Out raged by the service I have received from this company and having to spend more due to there faults is poor customer service.
I know this is a long review and if you don't get time to read it all I suggest is that you DON'T SHOP HERE.

Very bad service from start to finish , sent my package through DHL who got a sub contractor to deliver it , waited a week after they allegedly delivered it and still no response
Some context: I ordered a Scythe Fuma 2 CPU air cooler and am living in Dublin, Ireland.
I was a little weary after seeing some very negative reviews of the site but I am happy to report that I had a great experience using Komplett.
My order arrived within 5 days of ordering it (as they had advertised) and the customer service responded very promptly and in a professional manner when I emailed them about an issue with the shipping address (that was caused by me).
The price was also really good as the part I was looking for was significantly more expensive on competitor sites.
I know this may not reflect everyone experience with the site, but I have nothing negative to say about them and will for sure be using them again in the future.
I ordered a power supply on the 5th of july... Exactly a month ago. I wasn't told it was out of stock until 10days after ordering when I asked them why it still hadn't dispatched. I was told it was arriving to their warehouse on the 30th of july. Delivery is supposed to be 2 to 3 days but it still says it hasn't even dispatched yet... The first time around they responded fast but this time I haven't gotten a response in 3 days of emailing them
I would avoid shopping here
I purchased a power supply from Komplett which costed upwards of 110 euros. Four days after I placed my order, I noticed that the order had still not been dispatched. I therefore emailed customer service to see what was going on. I was only then informed that the item I purchased was not in stock. Note that this detail was not noted on the product's listing page, at checkout or on my order tracker. If it was delayed, I wouldn't mind, but taking money from someone for a product which is not in stock and not stating anywhere that the product is not in stock is unacceptable. I was then offered the option to wait for stock or pick another power supply. I chose an alternative power supply, but the customer service were that slow with their replies that by the time they got back to me the alternative power supply was also out of stock. Now I've wasted a week with no product, and also an extra 5 days to get the money back onto my account, so all in all nearly 2 weeks. Complete waste of time. The only reason I'm even rating this experience two stars is because the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Also, even though customer service were extremely slow with their email replies, the gentleman was also helpful.
You cant access their website unless you agree to them collecting cookies, there is no opt out choice. How are they allowed to do this.? Wake up "regulators".
