I fell for this SCAM by reading a blog of top 10 best headphones.

100% set up by whichever scruff is running this little operation.

Steer well clear. These headphones are on TEMU for £8:95 and sold for £109 on Paraear.co.uk.

Do not buy these products, they are poor quality and do not work properly!

Here is a copy of my reply to the company who tell me that the noise cancelling feature simply reduces ambient noise and does not cancel it at all.

Thank you for this response, you simply confirm that the headphones and features advertised on your website are poor quality imitations of other manufacturers products.

In short you are selling an inferior product for an inflated price.

This completely breaks trading standards requirements in the UK.

I am disgusted with the responses from your company, purporting to be a UK based supplier of quality products. You are based in China and di not adhere to trading laws in the UK, refusing to accept returns or refund.

This is a rip off company with low morals and no care for customer care or satisfaction.

This review will be posted on social media and trip advisor.

A company to be avoided at all costs!

Very, very low quality probably should be under 100 bucks

When i first read the trust pilot reviews a few weeks ago, it was about 80% 4 * 5*. But lots of recent poor reviews show the same experience, poor quality noise, unhelpful returns , and I am still arguing with them about getting a return address.
I also read online comparison reviews suggesting these were a good buy.

This is a scam company based in china, I unfortunately went for the plunge after reading headphone reviews on what is obvious now also a scam site, if you haven’t already parted with your money go elsewhere and buy a brand you know and trust, I received these after 10 days and were as expected, cheaply made, everything about them was tat basically, except for the sound, I haven’t got the best ears but was very surprised with the sound quality, would like them to go a bit louder though. Don’t know about battery life yet but they did connect to everything no problem, so if you have paid and are waiting on delivery, for me you’ll be getting crappy made headphones but with pretty good sound. If your still looking for headphones avoid these.

I wonder who writes the positive reviews. You can see the company is scam only from watching their website. They claim to have limited time offer - well it's up all the time if you check. They also note the products are low in stock, if you check you see the stock never changes despite they claim so and so many customers visited/purchased the product.

The other thing you should note, if you want to refund the headphones you have to pay about £25 for postage. Which I did and I received another email asking to pay extra £15 for customs. They attached some screenshots of some website in China (in Chinese) I am assuming as a proof I have to pay £15. 😂 Ofc I am not gonna pay that and I disputed the payment with my bank. Hopefully that will help me to get my refund.

Also the timeline of all this is 1,5 months so far.

If you not sure which reviews to trust, please just look at their website and check for the issues I mentioned.

Hope noone else will get scammed by this company.

Bought these headphones after seeing them advertised ,I must say what a load of shite would have been better going to toysrus to buy a pair off kids headphones a complete scam off the highest order the only positive reviews must be them sending it in stay well clear .

I read the reviews here and elsewhere both positive and negative and decided to take punt.
Yes they come from China but ultimately most things do these days. Arrived in 6 days so pretty good turnaround. I saw some questioned the sound. I listen to a lot of deep house etc. and the bass and balance across the ranges is excellent. I've had earbuds 3 times the cost that don't sound any better. Will see how they fair going forward for battery life. Only gripe is I wish they had an app that you couyld use to tweak sound and settings

I read a lot of adverts about this "phenomenal ear set". It's a pice of junk. You pay £98 for them. My expectations was to be delivered from uk , but surprisingly you wait 1, 1/2 weeks to ve posted from...you guessed China. Sound quality... (adverts said true bass) it's good if you keep press them inside of your ears. When you don't press them , no bass. Plastic material feels like quality...but I can't guarantee, I give up to use them. I hope I made a accurate description for what I paid and what I get.

Very Happy!!I initially had problems as I was sent a pair that were defective but after posting a video of proof I was sent another pair & after cancelling my dispute with my bank was given a 50% refund.Excellent customer service & they went out of their way to ensure I was happy. Thanks a lot guys!!

This company is a scam, the headphones are the poorest quality items I've ever seen, I've seen better headphones being sold by the looky looky men on the beach. Steer well clear you will not get your money back

I have to agree with the other posters who said the company are a scam. They are cheap plastic and the sound quality is a joke, it’s tinny and my husband can hear everything I listen to at full volume lol. From what the other negative posters are saying it is unlikely that I will receive any money back so probably just count it as a learning experience. When I look at the website more thoroughly the language is amateur and odd. I think this is the new way to scam a uk website as a front for a scam from the likes of china, I have never been scammed like this before so be careful. Stick to the well know website/companies £109 worse off but a lot wiser and hopefully warn others.

I believe this is a scam company. I have received the earbuds, but they do not fit my ears properly. I am trying to return them. However, I am not being given the full name of the contact, company name (to be used in china!!!, when I thought ParaEar UK would have a UK address), email address, correct telephone number as well as paying customs, import taxes and VAT.
Also the emails from “Vivian” seem to be “manufactured”.
I am currently dealing with my bank about payment as my gut is saying “something is not right!
Avoid them at all costs!!!

The noise cancellation is phenomenal! It's like being in my little world of sound. I can hear every detail in the music without any distractions.

The comfort level of these headphones is unbelievable. The ear cushion fit perfectly, and the adjustable headband makes sure they're always in the perfect position. I can wear them for hours without a hint of discomfort!

As per Martin Skerrits post I have had exactly the same problem. I purchased the over the ear Hifi Stereo wireless headphones in white for £109.00 back on 28th September as I wanted them for my holiday but they didn't arrive in time. When they finally arrived (as they didn't say they were coming from China otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them) they were packaged well, boxed and wrapped in cellophane but that's where the positives ended. They were very flimsy and made with cheap plastic, they hardly adjust so really tight over the ears and the sound is awful for what are supposed to be stereo hifi headphones. The cheap mock black velvet bag you are supposed to put them in looked like it had been run up at a Sunday school and the headphones didn't even fit in to the bag! I looked in the box for customer services and return details and guess what, Nothing. This is where my suspicions were aroused and when I checked on here they were confirmed by the other negative comments posted. I have also been having emails exactly the same from a person called Vivian saying there is no returns policy I will have to send them back to China at my own expense (including all customs charges), but then told me there is nothing wrong with my head phones, then says send her a video of the problems and then had the audacity to offer me a 10% refund then a 15% refund and ai can keep them or pass them on as a gift, the only place I would put them is in the bin. The emails continue back and forth and she maintains there is nothing wrong with the headphones and I will have to send them back at my own expense but no confirmation of a refund. Please, do not use this company as they are a front for cheap and inferior items from China and you are looking at losing a lot of money if you purchase from them. I am still trying to get a refund and I'm now on my 16th standard email from them. I am trying to see if there is anything I can do through trading standards but I have to accept I was foolish to purchase through this company but I hope advising people of this bad experience, it will help stop other people getting scammed. As it turned out I purchased a pair of earbuds from easyjets onboard shop for £24.00 and they beat these terrible headphones hands down.

I love how lightweight the earbuds are - I can wear them for hours without any discomfort, and they never budge! They're the perfect combination of comfort and security.

This is a scam company trading from a fake review site. Do not deal with them! They have been selling products via the names Aurelu and Melohar which are shoddy in quality and usually don’t work. I reckon that some of the reviews on here are either paid or posted by the company themselves. They will ignore any consumer rights and you will get repetitive AI emails from a fake called Vivian.

Finally, headphones that I can wear all day without any ear fatigue. It has just the right amount of clamping force and plush padding to make these are the first headphones I've owned that I can wear all day without my ears getting sore! The padding is super comfy.

These headphones are amazing! They're made of such high-quality materials - they feel luxurious and sturdy at the same time.
