A place to share ideas and search for the truth

There is nothing positive about a forum that isn't interested in science or truth and is obviously religious, while supporting radio shows for income.
Not paranormal, not science, not serious discussions.
Then they boot you out if you have any opinion or idea that doesn't fit what they want this woo woo to be.
Absolutely horrible moderation/ownership. This website professes to be "where the paranormal and scientific converge", but it's clear that they don't entertain any beliefs outside of their own. Normally, not an issue. I mean, it's a ghost site, for god's sake. However, after finally logging on and making my first two posts, I got a straight-up IP ban. No warnings, no explanations. Simply, IP ban and alerted it was for "Trolling".
All I posted was a thought about whether or not logic was useful/important in the realm of determining what the paranormal truly is. My second post was asking everyone my "litmus test" question: "What is a spirit/ghost?"
Trolling implies a disingenuous comment or post designed to behave in an inflammatory manner. This was none of that. After clearing cookies and going back to read forum rules, it's clear that I did nothing against any rules. Someone just saw what I posted, went "nope" and banned me without a second thought or my own defense. I was in the middle of typing up my first experience too. xD
I put in a ticket, but...lets be honest...if they couldn't be bothered when they did it, I'm not getting an email.
Just go join talkparanormal.com instead of this site. It might be a lot quieter there, but at least you'll be able to post what you'd like and get constructive responses.
My wife Carmel who has always missed her Mother terribly since she passed away at only 46, she reached out to a charlatan named Charlie Chittenden, who claimed to communicate with the dead with the aid of a ghost box. So my wife made an order using my e-mail address, I am her husband Paul. Soon after we received an e-mail from him asking for Carmel's mum's details. Place of birth etc, and the name Carmel used for her mum "Mam". Well he was so useless he didn't even use the right person . He did all the necessary info using my name Paul, as the person's son, instead of daughter, called her mum, made up random names, none of which were relevant. So any information we gave him place of birth where she lived age etc, he tied in with me instead of my wife. How pathetic and disgraceful that he preys on people's grief in this way, how does he live with himself. He didn't even bother to con the right person.
Paranormal Forum is petty site, full of bitter bigots, fantasists & charlatans. It is an extremely anti-atheistic site and will censor or ban you if your opinion does not match their extreme beliefs & fairy tales.
I registered there just because I had few things in life that I couldn't explain and wanted to hear different opinions and explanation on that matter. I was instantly banned for "trolling" without any warnings or explanation, as soon as they found out that I was an atheist and didn't believe in supernatural things. I got lectured that there are some "cryptids" and creatures & they live among us, just only some people can see them. Some users were claiming that they came from the future & were posting their stories there... In short, it was pretty clear that users there are suffering from mental illness and the more you read, more you understand that it feels like you're on the forum of mental asylum patients or charlatans. And of course, they have donation button (what's the point of conning if you're not getting profit, right?).
So, if you believe in cryptids, ghouls, gnomes, gargoyles, ghosts, witches, aliens, vampires, time traveling & etc, this is the place for you. If you are more evolved, grown person who doesn't believe in fairy tales and value freedom of speech, avoid this madhouse nest.
