STAY AWAY!!!!!......i brought a pair of trainers from this site when they come after 4 weeks of waiting they were the worst quality trainers I've ever seen...they came in bubble wrap not a box there was no labels on them at all....so i done some searching and they were on temu for £12 and they are selling them for £50....i ask for a refund and will not give a refund absolute Rip off......they get there stuff from temu .....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Ordered white shoes, 3rd April, still no sign of them or tracker.

Ordered some Magnifying specs with lights to paint extremely small areas on Paint by numbers. Apparently the Spectacles were for watch making so should have been ok for dual purpose. Assured by UK address and French address on website. Order took two weeks to arrive from China, so missed the Birthday. No returns label/procedure or invoice, just the specs. They should tell you the lead time before completing the check out. Quality of specs was pretty poor too for £31.95. You had to get your eyes so close (5cm?) to the subject (painting or watch) to get into focus, that you could not get a paint brush/screwdriver in between the gap between the glasses and the canvass (or watch if thats what you were using it for)

I bought a titanium pan & hadn't realised the company is selling goods from CHINA. The name Paris Envol & the 2 company addresses on the site (one in London & one in Paris) give the impression that this is a company selling European goods. Be warned if you want to return an item you will be asked to foot a large return bill to CHINA & won't be offered a full refund unless you pay for this.

Absolute shocking site. Stay well away from it. Items are nothing like advertised. I purchased a leaving gift from this site. Looked nice. Something different. After a 3 weeks of waiting it arrived well passed the day I needed it for. So I tried to return it as they advertise on their home page they quote “hassle free, free returns in 30 days” what a load of sh*t. They then want to try and charge you £40-50 return fee so it was going to cost me more to send the item back. After contacting customer service who are shocking. They throw at you there return policy and a line hidden about there is no free returns. Now I’m stuck with some cheep tack I cannot send back. Avoid this site unless you like to throw your money away.

Do not bother to buy from PARISENVOL. Bought a electric dog. It was broken. Customer service lady Mia asked photographs then videos. Next day she offer me 60% Total refund. I refused. Then following day 70% then 90%, means she kept bargaining me. At the end i when i mention that i am going to complaint mathod and standard people and my bank, she refund me total, which i was entitle. They are using FRENCH rules

I saw some lovely earrings advertised that led me to this company - it was the Oceans Oath earrings - what has actually arrived is nothing like the photo - on looking at the site in more detail its obvious these are all just cheap Chinese style supplies and I wish I had looked closer at the time. I wouldn't recommend spending your money. Sending them back looks impossible, they were not cheap either - don't be tempted!

I purchased a trench coat from this company online. The product I received is significantly different from the item advertised on their website, particularly in terms of material quality and appearance.
I contacted the company multiple times requesting a full refund as the item is not as described. I have now exchanged around 12 emails with them. They repeatedly refuse to provide a full refund unless I return the item to an address in Asia at my own expense.
However, the parcel I received shows a UK return address. Their website uses UK and European addresses which appears misleading. They refuse to accept returns to the UK address shown on the parcel. They continue to offer partial refunds or vouchers instead of resolving the issue properly.

Do not go near them with a barge poll. They ship from Asia and the clothes are of poor quality and the sizing is off. There website shows a London office but that's just a way of reeling you in. The cost of returning is not worth the bother which of course they know and they offer you a percentage of cost as a refund. This is all factored into their business. Be warned

The blouse did not represent the picture. It cost £29. To return to China via track and trace - which they insist upon, was £12.90. They offered a maximum of 40% refund and keep the blouse. Financially better for me to return. I will not purchase from Pairenvol again and I do not recommend them. I did receive my full refund after around a month.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I also wished I had read these reviews before ordering, before Christmas, a health watch for my wife. Christmas came but within 24 hours of trying to get the device to operate we had to conclude that the watch was faulty. On getting back to Paris Envol with all the problems we were having, and there were many, their response was that any fault with the device had to be reported to them within 24 hours of receipt of the device. In addition we could not return watches as it would be a 'health and safety risk'; all in accordance with their terms and conditions. Despite many emails since, their view has not changed. They offer no warranties, no refunds or any technical help in any way. They do not take any responsibilities for what they sell and appear not to operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This is a terrible company NEVER order from them if you live in the UK, bought some able boots from them paid for a size 6.5 was sent incorrect size and they refused to return them or offer a full refund, it was my autistic daughter that bought them for my Christmas present and had caused her so much stress, they only gave a60%refund ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This lot advertise like they are UK/ Europe based but don't be fooled. They are difficult to deal with and try to scam you with offers to avoid returns. The boots I bought were poor, they had to be returned at my expence...to China. £13. Do yourself favour and avoid this lot.

Scammers. Ordered an aviator jacket as a Christmas present for my wife, what turned up was nothing like what was pictured and looked like a cheap costume! You could hold it up and see light through it. Offered 25% of the value as a voucher to use on their website, or for a full refund I could send it back to their warehouse in China. Don’t forget date your time or money, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

I purchased shoes for my daughter and received them after a long delay. Unfortunately, after less than one month of light use, the shoes have already torn. This is extremely disappointing, especially from a well-known brand, where a much higher standard of quality and durability is expected.

I contacted the company by email but received no response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, particularly for a company operating in the UK. Overall, this experience has been completely unfair and disappointing.

Absolute Joke of a company complete SCAMMERS do not order anything off these, cheap quality, item is not as advertised, returns policy stinks there isnt one you will get offered a percentage trying to blame you for an item tht dont fit, and it probley wont fit because there sizing is pathetic.AVOID AVOID AVOID AND MIS YOUR A JOKE DONT KNIW HOW YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT

ordered a 8TB usb memory, arrived after 2 weeks
not working,i got a IT expert to look at it , nothing like 8TB and computers don't recognise it.

Horrendous Quality! My elderly Dad saw the battery operated puppies advertised and unfortunately purchased 2 costing just under £70! The video is false, the information is false and I definitely wouldn’t recommend. The Puppies arrived after 3 weeks of ordering. Head office is based in London but they arrived from Guess Where…..China! They are something you’d buy from the Lucky Lucky man on holiday for a fiver! Cheap sh*t (my dads been robbed) Don’t purchase anything from this company 🚨🚨complete load of cheap rubbish 💩

They sell absolute rubbish wish I had read reviews before ordering, ordered 2 nativity sets thew were appalling bits of plastic broken and crushed, contacted customer service for a refund, they start offering discounts then say you have to post back to Asia at your own expense, have done a charge back against them via my bank, do not order.

Its Simple do not use this site for anything - however if you have they woll offer you a percentage refund or a discount of the next order - stick at your complaint i have just managed to get a full refund of them - it took a good few emails but got therr in the end
