Take Park2Go’s "secure lot" claims with a grain of salt. They place customer vehicles in unmonitored expansion areas that lack basic video surveillance and lighting. My catalytic converter was s... Mehr ansehen

Beware
Beware, I have used Park to Go for the past 7 years and was a VIP client.
On 21JUN2021 I dropped off my vehicle, I always take a photo of my mileage when dropping off because of past suspicions. The mileage on drop off was 76,992.7, when I picked up the vehicle on 24JUN2021 the mileage was 77,124.7. The vehicle had been driven 132 miles while I was away. I called the police, they were able to take my information but not much more. I spoke with Frank one of the owners, he said he would review the security tapes and get back to me once he found out what happened. Never heard from him after this, I have not used Park to Go since this incident.
I would not use Park to Go to park at Newark. Also, I was on the van once and a customer complained about the wait time, the driver told them they should call a cab if they didn't like the wait time.
Stay away
Stay away! They are reckless with your vehicle and won't take responsibility for scratches and dents. I left a new car (Volvo XC60 2021), I had just had it fixed for a scratch and still they claim the new scratches and dents where already there. The worst.
Broken promises
I made the reservation with Airport Parking Reservations, thinking I was dealing with Park2Go and prepaid $188.49 for my 9 day stay. My flight was cancelled about 6 hours later and we picked up the car, after being told we need to get the refund from Airport Parking Reservations AND I needed to pay an additional $18 to Park2Go for the time our car was there. As of now, Airport Parking Reservations says they do not have a reservation for me.
Then on the way home, I realized Park2Go had stolen the jar of Quarters I keep in my glove box for tolls and parking meters - add THIEVES to the list of transgressions. NEVER use this woebegotten place of business!!
PEOPLE WORKING HERE SO RUDE NEVER PARK…
PEOPLE WORKING HERE SO RUDE NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN IF THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK HERE LET THEM GO. THE PLACE IS DIRTY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT NOTHING,ALSO THEY DRIVE LIKE CRAZY I FEEL SORRY FOR CUSTOMERS CARS...
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. They lost my key, and it took 45 minutes to get my car. People working here are rude and always high on weed. The place is gross and unprofessional. Do not park here, horrible.
Double and over-billed me for parking
On 06/01/2020, I reserved a parking spot near Newark Airport through a third party service online called Way.com to park at Park2Go for the dates of June 02 to June 17, 2020. They charged my credit card to reserve $105.29. When I arrived at the Park2Go parking lot on June 2nd, Anthony at the desk told me that they had no such reservation and that they did not do business with Way.com. I needed to be at Newark Airport to catch my United flight, which I ended up missing, due to this fiasco. Anthony told me that I had to get the refund with Way.com and I had to pay Park2Go at a much higher rate of $155.20, but they would park my car inside under cover at the outside rate. I called Way.com to tell them that Park2Go was not accepting the paid online receipt (attached) I had with Way.com of $105.29, and they insisted that Park2Go had to accept that as payment. I asked the manager to give me a printed copy of the email from Park2Go to Way.com that Park2Go was not one of their providers and he refused (which indicates it was a lie). In turn Park2Go forced me (bullied me in a threatening way) to give them my credit card and the key to my vehicle (a black BMW 328i) IF I wanted to leave it there. Or I could just leave. Unfortunately I did not have time to find another parking lot and so I left them with the key and still missed my flight. That parking lot is in an unsafe area and I was a woman traveling alone that day.
When I returned on June 17th, my car was parked in the same spot that I left it at and no one was in the office that could cancel the incorrect $155.20 charge, because Way.com was not answering their phones to cancel the original $105.29 charge that Park2Go claims they never received and that they are not even affiliated with Way.com. My BMW had a small ding in the rear driver door and the shuttle driver (there was no one in the office) said to call the next day to speak to Anthony the manager to reverse the charge of $155.20 AND come to an agreement to compensate me a little for the ding that occurred on their property. He advised me not to call the police to make a report, as the Elizabeth NJ police would not be allowed or would not be able to enter into the parking lot to make an accident report. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe being alone in the empty parking lot (there were literally NO cars around) and it was clear that my car had never been parked in the safer indoor lot, as the owner had promised me on June 2nd.
I provided all the receipts and also the pictures when I called Bank of America to dispute the charges on June 18th and then received a rather nasty and threatening call from Park2Go saying that they refuse to pay for the ding on the BMW that occurred in front of their parking lot office, now that I was disputing their duplicate (and much higher) charge of $155.20 to the original $105.29 charge paid the day before to Way.com. The cost to repair the ding on my car is about $200 and they now refuse to pay me that either.
I should not be charged twice for parking in a lot where I negotiated a charge of $105.29 and then be bullied into paying another higher DUPLICATE charge of $155.20 because Park2Go claims to "not do business with Way.com" and Way.com claims that they do business all the time with Park2Go. In fact, they are still listed as a choice on the Way.com website, if one was to book a parking lot now near Newark Airport. This unethical company is trying to over-charge me and causing me great stress by bullying me into giving them my credit card for something I had already paid for. I am attaching pictures of the ding in the side of my car, the receipt from 06/01/20 that I paid $105.29 on a Mastercard for parking through Way.com that I showed to Park2Go and they refused to acknowledge and the receipt of $155.20 (they just went ahead and billed my card) on June 2, 2020.
They are liars and bullies to a woman traveling alone.
UPDATE: On July 31st I received a threatening phone call from a gruff sounding man saying I made a grave mistake filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I reported this to my local police and it now on record. Stay far away from this bad company !!
Worst service ever
Worst service in 30+ years of parking at Newark Airport. I prepaid for 2 weeks of parking using a third party online agent called Way.com and When I arrived Park2Go would not honor it And said they were not affiliated with them at all and demanded a new rate paid up front that was almost double the rate negotiated by Way.com. They promised to store the car inside at an outside rate. When I returned from my trip to pick up the car, my BMW had a door ding in it that was not there. Person working said to call the next day and they still deny it and refuse to pay for the door ding. I now have to fill a police report and do a credit card dispute Stay far away from this place.
