Excellent service and the link for google maps took me straight to the gate. Definitely use again.

Couple of problems finding the parking as early morning and dark, took one phone call to be guided in to the car park. Friendly service, not your average car park as not hard standing, grass and wooded area but the car was fine when we collected it, the guys were on time, made sure our car was out out and ready for us and overall we were happy with the service - the current owners have only owned the business for a couple of months so are starting up and in these times we would support small businesses being in the taxi business ourselves so yes we would use again.

Couldn’t find the car park to start with when we got to the car park it was dark and full of potholes and to be honest it looked quite shady. When arriving back in the uk it took 5 attempts for them to answer to phone and when they finally did they swore down the phone at me. we then had to wait 25 minutes for the driver to arrive even though it’s 5 minutes away from the airport. People crammed into the minibus, not following social distancing. You have to pay £4.50 when dropped off and picked up, which is split between everyone in the taxi for the car park fees. Car was meant to be valeted, no signs of this whatsoever in fact my car was dirtier than when i left it. Cars are parked bumper to bumper.
Overall i wouldn’t recommend, just pay the extra and save yourself the worry.

It's cheap and only 5 minutes away from the airport, however, your car looks like it's left in an unsecure yard. I was flying from T3 but they drop you near T1 so you've got a 5 minute walk to T3 which is fine. The pick up was less easy. No one answered the numbers they give you which is quite unsettling. They do call you back and txt you the drivers number. You've then got drag your luggage around the airport trying to find the mini bus. They need to sort that out because in bad weather it would be a nightmare. They also take £2 off you to drop off and pick up so build that into the cost. The driver on the way to the airport was reckless and drove dangerously in my view. The guy who picked us up was much better. He was a nice guy and very patient. Would I use them again? If they sort out the locating the bus issue then probably, yes.

Easy to find if you use correct link. A bit dark not enough lighting. Flat battery gave us a jump start no problem very helpful. Probably should say on website that you have to pay extra for airport charges.

Honestly the worst airport parking experience of my life. This is a long review.

Firstly, this is not a car park, it looks like an abandoned house with cars crammed in wherever they can fit. We spent a while trying to locate the parking as you have to go down the backroads to get there. When we arrived we thought we were still in the wrong place as you have to drive your car up an old track road with big pot holes. Everything was pitch black so it was hard to see.

We pulled up, parking where we could. There was a hut, which had empty beer cans, ash tray etc and a picnic bench inside (nobody there) along with a house, that looked like a drug den. No furniture inside, it smelt funny, and again there were empty beer bottles lying around. My friend and I were actually a bit scared at this point as it looked really unsafe. We went inside and called, a man came over to us who looked high. Barely speaking, mumbling, not really giving us any information other than the driver will collect us in ten mins to take us to the airport. I was really concerned that I actually had to hand my keys over to this guy who was then going to drive my car into whatever spot he could fit it!

45 minutes went by, still, nobody arrived. Eventually, a foreign man who could hardly speak any English collected us and a few others and crammed us into his minibus. Not complying with any COVID rules whatsoever, luckily we're not too concerned but others might be.

We had to pay £2 per car for this ride to the airport and at this point, we were getting stressed about missing our flight. Luckily we arrived in time.

On the way home we called the company to tell them we'd landed. He said we would be collected in 25-30 minutes. Nobody arrived, we called again, were told he was almost there, and again and again still nobody arrived. In total it took 1hr and 30 mins for them to collect us from the airport after numerous arguments with a really unprofessional man on the phone.

Luckily, my car returned in tacked. However, due to this awful experience and the poor conditions of the car park I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. Unless you're happy leaving your vehicle in a crack den.

What a dreadful experience. We struggled to find them and when we did they had cars out in the road which where obviously cars of people. Not really what you want to see. They dropped us at the airport nice and quick. The driver wasn’t wearing a mask and we struggled to understand his English as he said we had to pay £4.50 for entry into the airport. Which we though was a-bit dodgy and I’m sure this should be in the price already as it is with any other car park. On return they took an hour to drop us our car. They actually brought it to us but the guy had no mask on or gloves. In the middle of a pandemic it’s not what you want to see. He told us he had paid for the entrance into the airport car park entrance only to get charged with it on the way out. Although we did think that may happen. They park your car on an unlit muddy field avoid at all cost. It won’t cost you much more to use a proper company not this shambles.

Absolutely shocking company. Arrived and got rushed out of our cars to then be sat outside for over half an hour at 4am until we finally got a lift. But when the car had arrived the family that got out warned us to call as soon as the plane lands as they waited over an hour and a half at the airport. Before leaving to the airport the man told my friend to sit in the back with 3 of us already there and continued to opened the boot expecting him to sit in there.

When we were on the way back we called them as soon as The plane landed 3 times and got no answer so we proceed to call an Uber to speed up getting back. We then called them and got through and told them we would be there in 5 minutes and they laughed and joked about how they were supposed to pick us up, which we didn’t find was very professional.
On arrival they refused to give us our keys until they had drove the cars to where our suitcases were however there was no need (especially during a pandemic) when I told them we were okay because the suitcases were next to the car they insisted on getting the cars out of the parking spaces for us which I did not find appropriate as no sanitation or anything was taken in consideration and they would not hand over the keys until I demanded them.
When I ended my car the man put my window down, shut my own door and told me to reverse. At this point I’d taken offence as just because I’m a young female does not mean I didn’t know how to drive my own car. They were very condescending which only made me more annoyed and want to leave ASAP.
When they finally let me drive one of them slammed their hand on my car to tell me to stop which was unacceptable because the force it was hit at could have caused a dent in my car which I had to check out.
Overall the service was shocking and the attitude of all the staff was unacceptable and I would never recommend anyone to use this company.

Dont use them my friends lost their money
