I was fortunate to have Josh in support help me with multiple issues with an accommodation issue. He was extremely helpful, kept me up to date and I was very impressed with the professional support I received. He gave me better than 10/10 service. Your lucky to have him on board.

I mistakenly booked through ParkBooker and at the wrong Park. When I phoned the Caravan Park to cancel they advised me that they couldn’t because I had booked through a third party. I received a confirmation email from the Park and in that, it stated 48hrs notice was required for cancellations and would be fully refunded. The email I got from ParkBooker stated refunds were only available if advised two weeks prior to cancellation. I contacted ParkBooker and queried the discrepancy they advised me that given the confusion in confirmation emails from both parties that they would fully refund me. I was extremely grateful with this unexpected outcome and can only recommend their honesty and integrity in handling the situation. I would happily deal with ParkBooker in the future

We had an awesome experience with ParkBooker! They somehow got us the perfect spot in a park I was sure was fully booked. The whole process was super easy, and I’ll absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend!

What a waste using this site. The weather was terrible and we wanted to upgrade our booking from a campsite to a cabin, but we couldn’t get any response or help from Parkbooker. There’s also no phone support for urgent changes or issues.

Reflections refused to assist us because we booked through this platform. In the end, we lost out and stayed home. We won’t ever use this site again — our advice is to book directly instead.

I made a silly mistake in booking the wrong Caravan park and within a few hours Park Booker had cancelled my existing booking and refunded my money. Can't get any better than that. Great response.

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service from these guys, they’re so on it with fast reply’s and heaps of information with any help that I needed and made my booking process so easy and smooth. Could not recommend them enough and will be using them for as much of my travels as possible.

So friendly and made me feel like all my annoying little questions were valid and they had no trouble explaining things to me that they probably get asked every day. (Also a shout out to Charles that I was speaking with and made my experience so much easier!!)

These guys know their stuff and have so many great camp sites and accommodation all over Australia that is not only cheap and affordable but also nice, clean and tidy!

We cannot thank Parkbooker (and Charles Inglis) enough for their exceptional service! We needed to shift the date of our park stay booking at Ballina Beach nature resort due to severe weather warnings the day before we were due to camp. ParkBooker immediately responded to my email request and organised an amendment to our booking with Ballina Beach nature resort the very next morning. We have had bad experiences with other booking services in the past when we’ve had to shift a booking due to severe weather, so we were so grateful to ParkBooker for their exceptional service. The general manager, Charles Inglis, even offered to give us a 50 percent discount on our next park booking if Ballina Beach nature resort were unable to amend the booking due to their cancellation policy. We came across Parkbooker when we wanted to book a night at the Daintree Beach Resort in FNQ. We accidentally booked the wrong date initially and when we let them know, it was no problem updating the date so we had peace of mind and were able to continue with our booking.. Ill report back once we stay there but Parkbooker made it so easy for us when we stuffed up.

Having holiday brain, I double booked a nights accommodation (1 out of 4 nights) & only realised the day before we were due to check in. Josh was amazing. Even though it was totally my fault, he said not to worry, enjoy my holiday, he will get everything sorted at no disadvantage to me - and he did. Thank you so much Josh. Customer experience that’s difficult to find in this day and age.
