The help I received in finding replacement feet for a Parker Knoll armchair was extremely helpful and also very prompt. They were able to source the feet which were a perfect match. I certainly was impressed with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

Well made, quality furniture

I bought 2 recliners in June . Love the chairs ,very comfortable. Unfortunately ,the material at the foot stool tore . To say I was extremely upset is putting it mildly . On the upside ,you are replacing the chair for me .

Contacted the Company about a 14 year old arm chair we have as the brass castor wheels had become lose and fall off anytime we move it and wasn't sure if they could help due to the age however, they were able to offer me replacement parts.

Customer Services were polite and helpful.

Rob arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with our chair and fixed it. He was pleasant and efficient and ensured our floor was protected while he worked.

I dealt with Jack Harris, Customer Resolution Specialist, regarding a problem I had with 3 of the 4 front legs/castors of my two Burghley sofas. Jack was amazingly helpful and very promptly arranged for me to have 4 new front legs with castors dispatched to me.
The service I received, from when I first contacted Jack up until receiving the new legs was excellent from beginning to end.
I am delighted to have this resolved and to have 2 sofas which now have smart, functioning legs and castors. Jack's help has been much appreciated.
The delivery service was also excellent. Very prompt and with the contents very well wrapped for protection.

When we had our new sofas delivered from Grantham Downtown the men pointed out that there was a tear in the bottom lining of the sofa and the wheels werent screwing in properly
They immediately informed Parker Knoll who then booked an appointment for the work to be carried out
Steve Peberdy from Parker Knoll came today to fix the problems.He was extremely kind and helpful and worked extremely hard to rectify everything
It turned out to be a longer job than first thought but he kept going until everything was fixed

Jack from customer service could not have been more helpful in sorting out a problem we had after getting ink on our leather sofa. So polite and efficient, reflecting the high quality of the company as a whole ! Would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from Parker Knoll

Bought 2 reclining chairs (Miami) in 2023. Both have lost the shape and comfort in the arms and one has had to have a new reclining mechanism. I alerted PK to the loss of padding on the arms and sent a photo. Their first reply was a very curt not in guarantee. There was no way this could be concluded form a photo. Insisted they sent a technician who immediately said there were manufacturing defects and set about fixing the arms. Did 3 out of 4 but couldn't get the 4th off as the zip on the cover was badly installed and wouldn't unzip. Given my experience with PK I would not ever buy furniture from them again. Poor manufacturing and poor post sale service.
Received a cut and paste response saying my issues now sorted. Incorrect the manufacture of one of the failed arms was so poor the technician couldn’t remove it so 3:4 of the job done. I looked at the quality of the arm whilst the technician was with me. Thin cheap cardboard was the issue. No webbing to reinforce.

Daniel Reeves came to my parents house on 27 August to repair a reclining chair that was still within warranty. He did a first class job replacing the left arm of the chair. He was polite, friendly and professional throughout his visit and they are delighted with the results.

Rob visited our home to check up on a worry we had about our sofa. He was courteous and his product knowledge put our niggles to rest.
