Evil monopoly company who charges abysmal prices for parking but you can’t avoid them because they slap their logo on every parking spot and don’t maintain their lots

Booked for parking in San Antonio, (TX), QR code didn’t work, I tried a lot of times. Sent email to customer service,no answer. No phone number to call. I paid 40 dollars at parking. Also, no refund received. Bad service. Never again.

Prepaid to park at Truist Garage in downtown Nashville 8/19/2026. The website provided a code to be used to exit garage. The code did NOT work! I had to pay the garage to exit. Attempted to contact Parkopedia several times for a refund. Explained what happened on their website multiple times. Responses promised to provide a call back which never came. I had to dispute the charge on my CC. Total hassle! Never again!

Hi Parkopedia,

As you can see from your email below, I had pre-booked a parking space with you from 11am till 6pm on Saturday 18th July, 2026, at 11 Matilda Street London N1 0LA. You had sent me in advance the PIN number to access the underground car park and had instructed me to check before arriving at the underground car park that the PIN had not been changed. I did as instructed and the PIN was still correct.

When I arrived at the underground car park,
at about 11.15am on 18th July, 2026, I found to my great annoyance that the the PIN you had given me failed to open the doors to the car park. I spent about an hour trying repeatedly, unsuccessfully, to open the garage doors. I also rang the various phone numbers on notices (photos attached) outside the car park to try to gain access to the car park. However, I failed to speak to a “live” person!

Fortunately at about 12.15pm someone came to the garage to collect his car. He gave me the correct PIN to open the garage doors so I was able to get inside the car park and eventually park my car.

As a result of this long delay I was very late for my meeting in Islington.

I am therefore seeking a full refund to my credit card together with compensation for the stress I was subjected to on 18th July and the delay I experienced in attending my pre-arranged meeting in Islington.

Do not use Parkopedia!

I paid in advance for parking near the courthouse when I was called for jury duty. I have a receipt for this payment of $18.02. Two months later, I am getting a dunning notice from someplace called metropolis, saying I owe $64.50.

Reserved parking at the Pointe garage in Orlando June 28-July 1. Canceled all 3 days at least one day before. haver not heard back or received a refund. will be filing a complaint with my credit card company. Do no use Parkopedia!

Reserved and pre-paid for a spot in a lot near Yonge & Davisville in Toronto (68 Merton St, Toronto—St. Paul's, Toronto, ON M4S 0A7). Arrived at the lot at the designated time only to find there were no spots available. Waste of time and money.

There was no phone number listed for customer service - only an email address. I've requested a refund and have yet to hear back from the company.

Booking was easy. Customer service representative was friendly and accommodating.

Parkopedia is AMAZING! I wish I knew about it years ago. I now use it daily. Incredible way to save and the best part is the cancellation policy, immediate cancellation and refund within days if you cancel a booking, hassel free! Customer service is outstanding, immediate responses usually in a day and they eill solve any inquiries or issues. I recently had a booking reserved and when I got there construction men were parking their trucks blocking most spots, I contacted customer service for a refund and Serghei resolved the issue within a day with no hassle. Thanks so much you are awesome Serghei! This is the best booking app I’ve ever used!

Had to park on Lansdowne St for a tour I was taking that was departing from here. The website told me there was no restrictions to park on this street on a Sunday but when I arrived you could only park for 4 hrs at a time and you had to pay.
I was on a day tour so couldnt park here, and in a panic went to a nearby carpark and paid $20 for the day. What a joke this website is!!

This company and its associated company Justparks are the worst people I have dealt with. The help numbers are almost impossible to contact and when you get through they only have knowledge of how to take your money.
Due to a small delay in returning to my car due to a delayed hospital appointment I was loked in an when I rang the contact number I was told that no one was available. I had to leave the car overnight and the spent most of the next day trying to get someone to give me a pass code to release my car. the code the gave me was incorrect and on the next occasion of a phone call taking 15 minutes to answer I was told I had to make a further booking at a cost of £20 to get a release code.
These companies are absolutely irresponsibe and I would recommend never using them. I certainly will not.

I got a bit lost and ended up in the wrong parking garage. After providing receipts, I received a refund. Excellent customer service!

A map with the parking entrance marked would be helpful, along with the driving directions already provided. I'm a visual person. Lol

Paid for 6.5 Hrs to park Impark Lot #43 116 Edmonton St, Fort Rouge–East Fort Garry, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0P9 and when I got there only reserved spots available. I was told the only spot available was the one with the mountain of snow. First and last time dealing with Parkopedia. You are better off going solo and not have to pay double for parking. They don't give refunds.

The wording used on the parking tariff sign appears ambiguous because it refers to an “evening rate” applying after 3pm. In ordinary language, 3pm would not typically be considered the start of the evening, which creates uncertainty about the intended meaning of the term. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, terms offered to consumers must be transparent and expressed in clear and unambiguous language. Where a term is open to more than one interpretation, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer should apply. For this reason, describing a higher tariff as an “evening rate” commencing at 3pm could reasonably be considered unclear and potentially misleading for drivers attempting to understand the applicable parking charges.

Paid for parking through parkopedia in seattle , washington. Upon arrival discovered that there was one address on the email and a different address on the parking pass. There was no phone number on the email or the parking pass.Only an email address that they didn't answer for 4 or five days. We were uncertain if we were in the right parking lot and it turned out we weren't so we had to pay twice. Ridiculous service will never use this parking app again.
