I was able to find your location easily on line and then found the room that suited me. I really appreciate that all your rooms are non-smoking.

Every employee we encountered was professional, helpful and genuine. Customer service, room, parking and shuttle experience was all great.

I wouldn't even want to give a 1-star rating. The hotel was disgusting. All the furniture looked like it was pulled from the trash. I have never stayed in a hotel that was anywhere near as disapointing as this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express staff were very helpful and had everything set up for our transfer to the airport! The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The driver was great!

I booked a park and fly hotel with two hotel stays for ~$350, which is not an insignificant sum. Only after I booked the package did I learn that the hotel's airport shuttle only runs from 8 am to 4:30 pm. My departing flight is at 5 am and my return is at 9 pm, so I can't use the shuttle on either end. I tried to cancel within the 24-hour window but read that my booking is nonrefundable. I am not happy and will never use this website again.

The website was easy to navigate

A friend recommended I use park sleep fly because in my city many flights out are extremely early in the morning. To be honest I will never travel any other way in the future. Using the site was easy and has many options.

The experience was completely stress free. Staff from the hotel to the shuttle and return is was so smooth. Almost too easy, in this world that seems to get more complicated every day.

We called hotel to be sure they had an on demand shuttle bus and they assure us they did. When we arrived we were told they didnt have a ride available for another 2.5 hours. So we have to pay an additional $30 for an uber to the airport.
This is a bait and switch.

This place was literally falling apart, the hotel and the car that transported us to the airport. The people staying there were not the nicest clientele that stay/live there. If I didn't check in so late I would have found another place to stay. The worst hotel I have stayed in, in my entire life. I will not do another park and fly again after this experience.

This company doesn't even make the reservation for you. I called the hotel I booked to cancel my reservation just to find out that it never existed. Now they won't get back with me to refund my money.

Nice room and very helpful. We had a flight cancellation and had to get to an earlier flight and they accommodated us and everything worked out. When we got back they picked us up within 15 minutes and dropped us off right at our vehicle.

I had a great experience with my stay, and i will definitely be back!

Hotel looked nice on the internet, total disgusting dump. Also needed to change reservation and that was 7 days ago still haven't heard from customer service. Won't use this service again.

Probably one of the worst hotels we've ever booked. I can deal with a place that needs some work done here and there. What I can't deal with is a dirty hotel/room. When the shuttle van picked us up from the airport I literally did not want to sit on the seat. There are so many options for parking/flying near the Indy airport. Don't pick this one.

We booked with parksleepfly as it allowed us to book for the nights we wanted. When we arrived at the hotel, our booking was canceled. Which we found out that this booking site allows you to book but it's not a guarantee that a room is available. They do charge you a fee and if it's canceled only a portion of the fee is reimbursed. Not only did we not have a room but we never received a cancelation email stating it was canceled. Personally it's better to work directly with the hotel.

The hotel Red Roof Inn was horrible. They were having parties on every floor, and they were smoking weed in the halls. I had to move to the third floor, and it wasn't much better. I will never stay at the Red Roof Inn again. Worst experience of my life — yelling, drug use, banging all night, so miserable. The staff couldn’t care less; they just said we have a group, sorry.
