Nothing has changed with this rotten company. I wish I had read the reviews before I trusted them with my money. It's been two years since I ordered a maquette from Tweeterhead and paid with Partial.ly. My item never arrived and they gave me no support. Stay far away from this company and just use your credit card, at least the credit card will protect you and refund your money
Trying to login into my account and see when my next payment is due and now all of a sudden the login page isn’t working and is trying to force me to download something instead of logging in. Either let me in or I’m reporting you for fraud and getting f my money back after spending almost $3,000 already! 😡😡😡
I made a purchase with Cosatto using Partial.ly payments. I was making regular payments sometimes before they was due, it was very easy to manage this online. My payment plan was meant to end in September, however I managed to pay it off by June. My order was shipped and delivered within 5 days of my paying it all off.
I had no problems using this service, but after reading some reviews on here I would only use Partial.ly again with a company I would trust.
Asked if they could help with refunds from toyswonderland Amanda said no problem we can refund you those. Maybe 3 of the 10 figures were refunded even though she said 5 on one day and the rest tomorrow. She asked if I could remind her the next day(makes no sense not refunding all in one day).
Next day comes So I asked as she requested but her response completely changed from wanting to help me with the refund to trying to convince me they have changed and hired help. I questioned this and then she blocked my account that i was holding with toyswonderland. Now toyswonderland know partial.ly won't help me I have been chucked under the bus. Sticking together like a scamming tag team.
Partial.ly is Absolute GARBAGE!!
They consider themselves middle men only. If you have a problem with the actual seller, They will NOT help you at all. They will tell you take it up with the merchant and if it's the merchant that is doing the screwing, you will get ZERO money back from Partial.ly! I am right now trying to get lots of money back from my credit card company cause Partial.ly told me they are not responsible for the merchant.
So, ANYONE reading this......YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED BY PARTIAL.LY!! YOU WILL GET NO REFUND AND NO HELP FROM THEM!! THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER OR EVEN A LOCATION LISTED ANYWHERE!
ALL YOU GET IS AN E-MAIL AND THEY WILL TAKE A WEEK AT A TIME TO RESPOND BACK IF THEY CHOOSE TOO!!

Got product from Instasmile and they use this company to take out monthly payments. My payments were coming out of my account for the 1st three months then nothing on the 4th. They emailed saying they had multiple failed attempts.
There is nothing from my bank showing they even Attempted to take money out not even once
I messaged them to fix it up and the link they sent didn't work then a few days later i received an email from Instasmile saying my debt has been sent to a third party.
Very stressful situation.
Update: account was fixed, its not set up as a direct debit they just take out of your card on a monthly basis, the banks think its a scam. would be better if a direct debit was set up instead to avoid any issues

SCAM stay away from Partial.ly and from Toyswonderland.com.
They both took more than $300 from me and zero answers from their customer services.
If you're planning to buy figures, check out trusted sellers. Don't get scammed by their "flexible plan" options and lower prices, they are not a serious company....stay away from them.
Completely fraudulent and justifying deducting fees from a company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Do Not Use under any circumstances.
I ordered two products from ANIMEGAMI via Partial.ly. Money was taken in full in April for one of the products which has not been delivered. Animegami will not respond to any comunication. Partial.Ly just say that I need to be patient as they (Animegami) are busy and that they are still in business, which I find hard to believe based on Trustpilot reviews..
