My family's bank account in China was frozen by China Police by the suspicion of the sender's money laundering. The interface could be improved by adding a "Remark" field for messages. Additionally, it would be beneficial to allow users to select the type of transfer, not just the recipient.

I have not heard you can receive the money just from company name account.
Then, I had to sent the money twice but contact person said rate is changed now.

今回アメリカの銀行へ送金する予定でした。送金期日が迫っていたので、それに合わせて翌日には相手方へ送金できることと思っていました。一日経っても送金されず、その原因を見ていたら、アメリカの銀行の名前と口座番号は正しかったのですが、送る予定の相手の名前とアメリカの銀行登録名が違い、（ABAコードの相違、銀行登録名が送金相手のアシスタント名だった）数日後私の銀行へ戻って来ました。
　送金はできなかったが、お金の居どころが明確にされていたので、（curfexの方で送ったお金が今どこにあるかが知らされていた、又、カスタマーセンターと連絡し合っていたこと）お金が戻ってくるまで、不安でしたが、戻ってきて良かったです。
　しかし、アメリカのcurfexのスタッフと日本のcurfexスタッフとの連絡が密でないように思われました。
　又、銀行同士で送る場合と、国によっても、このcurfexで送る場合とで少し必要な情報が違うようです。送金する時、私たちにもう少し分かりやすい図解などがあったら、私は間違えず情報をcurfexへ送ることができ、curfex側も確認作業に時間かけることなく、スムーズに処理できたかもしれないです。
　でも、大切なお金は送金できなかったけど、ちゃんと私のところへ戻って来ました。スタッフさんが最善を尽くしてくれたことに感謝します。

I use this service to send money to China, certainly your fees are lower than other means. But the response from the local partner company is too slow. Moreover, I imagine that the local partner company is an individual who runs a foreign currency exchange business. Am I wrong?

始め、郵便局で送金しようと思っていましたが審査とか書類とか揃えるものが多くて、その審査も時間がかかると説明を受けて、迷っていました。
携帯からの手続きは少し不安ではありましたが、お客様窓口の方がとても親切で、入力ミスとかも丁寧に教えていただき、無事送金出来ました。

Though it had taken extra time due to account name difference issue until the transfer was completed, the customer support was patient helping me confirming with local agent to retry the transfer. One suggestion from me is that account name field should allow user to input either English or Kanji instead of Kanji only.
