I ordered this part almost 2 weeks ago. I have sent several follow up enquirie. I have not has a ingle reply or update. Very poor customer service.

Don’t buy from parts city
I bought a product that they advertised on their web site, when it arrived it was different from what I bought. I raised this with them and they said just use it. They have ignored all emails and refuse to help me. Worst company practices.

My item was apparently shipped on…
My item was apparently shipped on Monday however I am yet to receive even a tracking number let alone the item, was led to believe express post was 1 to 4 working days and today is day five so I guess I paid for a service that I didn't receive, I have sent messages to you guys and I haven't received a response goi g o three days since original msg was sent regarding tracking number, very disappointing service.

Unfortunately poor service
I ordered a part through these guys and have been highly anticipating the arrival of the part for a couple weeks. Well i recieved a notification saying i have been refunded the price of the item although the so called "tracking" says its still in transit and i actually haven't recieved the refunded amount. It was quite a let down that i wasn't contacted in regards to why the order was refunded as when i ordered the part it said it was in stock in my state.

HORRIBLE.. I purchased a door for my hilux Ute and that’s as for as its gone!!! I have emailed several times with NO reply at all. I can’t even find out if the door has been sent as NO ONE ANSWERS!!!
