Stay Away/Buyer Beware
Pretty much the same experience as everyone else here has had with them. Ordered tires. 9 days after i ordered, they emailed telling me the tires i ordered are "sold out and discontinued". I have been waiting several weeks so far with no refund, and if other reviews here are any indication, it sounds like i could be waiting months.

Orders might be quick...or might take awhile
One thing to know with PartsEngine.ca is they practice drop shipping. They can afford to offer such low prices because they don't actually have their own warehouse- they are essentially a 3rd party company that contracts out to various warehouses. You purchase the item/s, then they find the warehouse that has it in stock and can ship it to you at the cheapest cost to them. I have ordered several times now from PartsEngine. Twice I've ordered and received my products within a week; the third time I purchased rims but got an email the next day advising the item was out of stock and that I'd be refunded (I was in full within a week). This last time, I placed a large order for 5 rims and tires. I got the rims and 1 tire within a week, but the 4 remaining tires took way longer. Fedex generated a tracking number that wasn't picked up for 2 weeks, so I contacted customer service and was told the warehouse did not have the tires yet but would within a few days. I told them to refund my money if I could not get these tires in an acceptable time frame. Next thing I knew, the 4 tires shipped the next day and arrived across the country very quickly without issue. The only thing I was not impressed with is the fact that the warehouse was allowed to generate Fedex tracking numbers without actually having the items in stock....but other than that, I'd say my experience has mostly been positive. You are taking a risk with PartsEngine that your item will be delayed, or out of stock and you'll be waiting a week or so for your refund. I suppose that's the price you pay for a huge selection of items at great prices. For anyone frantically looking at reviews after placing an order, this site is not a scam, and most of the time orders seem to be received without any issue or delay...but there are definitely some improvements to be made when ordering items that end up out of stock/difficult to get.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Terrible company. Stay far away from them. Ordered $2500 in products and never received them. They stopped replying to all emails and brushing off my phone calls as soon as I paid. Now I’ll be forced into dispute with my credit card issuer.

Ordered shocks and struts that were indicated as in stock online. 2-3 days shipping. Parts took over a month to arrive. They arrived damaged. Partsengine says to send photos and if they can get warranty from the wholesaler they will tell me the next steps. In the email they tell me:
Please allow up to 5 business days for the request to be processed. You will receive an email with further details once the case has been reviewed.
Requesting a follow up before then will push the ticket further down the queue, resulting in further delays.

UPDATE: 54 days since ordered “in stock” parts. Still not resolved.
UPDATE: 95 days since ordered. Got parts at another online shop, car is together and on the road. Disputed transaction with Mastercard as Partsengine just can't sort anything out in a timely manner. I asked for RMA and refund. Received RMA and threats that I will have to ship within 2 weeks or my refund is invalid. Shipped the strut back, they refunded the lower priced shock instead of the strut. still owe me $90. No response to my inquiries. Still disputed with Mastercard.

I ordered a set of wheel and tires along with the nuts and also the mounting and balancing, PartsEngine was the place with the lowest price. I got the package 2 weeks after the confirmation of the order. Everything was well done, wheels and nuts were well packed and protected. Everything was as clean as if the tires and wheels were installed at the factory, no scratches and no dings, as it should for new parts! Got the correct wheels and tires and hardware. Nothing to complain here. Ok, I would have liked some more information as to what state the order was in but I could have called too. 2 weeks is a very reasonable waiting time. Would do business there again.

I ORDERED SEAT COVERS AND ALTHOUGHG THEY DID ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME THEY WERE NOT AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. I HAVE TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TO RETURN BUT TO NO AVAIL. EVEN WITH A 90 DAY RETURN YOU WOULD NEVER GET IT DONE IN TIME. I HAVE GIVEN UP AND AM OUT $350 BUT I GUESS IT COULD BE WORSE. (NOT SURE HOW, BUT IT COULD BE) LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THEM. IF I COULD JUMP THRU ALLTHE HOOPS TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION I WOULD BE ABLE TO JOIN A CIRCUS
Ordered $8000 of parts and they never shipped.
Ordered $8000 worth of icon suspension parts for my F150. Was told the next day it would ship in 3-5 days. after 14 days of zero communication i called and was told it would take another 2 weeks. after another silent 2 weeks i called once again and was told they'll know when it's arriving in 1-2 business days. At this point i contacted the manufacturer and asked if they had the items in stock, which they did. After this i called back and cancelled the order but coincidentally when i wanted to cancel my order they suddenly knew my items would arrive at their warehouse the following week. Regardless of whether this was true or not i cancelled the order.
After cancelling I went on amazon and found the same parts for cheaper and they took 5 days to arrive.
Not sure what these people are doing with orders, every review says they're weeks or months late or never show up at all. I have a hard time believe anyone actually receives their orders at all and would not be surprised if it was a complete scam. If you google them and go to google maps their address is in a random field, there's not even a building there.
I will never use parts engine again and i highly recommend you everyone avoids them entirely.
Spent $800, no refund!
Spent $800 that needed to be refunded. 5 days to have it "accepted" then an additional 2 weeks and still no refund. No communication after multiple emails. Absolutely ludicrous. Do not order from them ever.
Ghosted after asking for a refund
I ordered a cargo mat on Aug 2023. After delay after delay and nothing but excuses, I asked for a refund in early Dec. It is now the end of Jan. 2024 and I haven't received a refund. They have ghosted me after 2 follow ups. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. You guys are absolutely terrible and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Worst Company Ever! they make you believe that your getting a good deal with a big savings, but they take your money wait a week and say sorry there discontinued but if you pay double the price we can get you something of equal value & then make you wait for your refund. Oh did I forget to mention they don't give a crap about Better Business Bureau.

I ordered tires from partsengine after reading only positive reviews on their website, then I saw the reviews on here. I thought I was going to have to fight to get my money back like so many others are doing according to the reviews here. It was very stressful for a couple of weeks. After a couple of calls because of late shipping the tires were delivered. I was so relieved. So I guess there are a few people that do get their purchases from partsengine. Not sure if the all positive reviews on the Partsengine site are fake or all the reviews on trust pilot are fake. Maybe only the dissatisfied customers go to trust pilot and the opposite on the Partsengine site.
chrome rust in 8 months without damage.
I bought a chrome rear bumper in April and it is already covered evenly with thousands of patches of rust after less than 8 months on the truck, without any damage. I I tried to email a photo of the rust but their warranty form wouldn't accept the communication even with all of the fields filled correctly. I called and waited on hold for about 15 minutes before I was no-longer allowed to hold. The automated system promised a call back but I doubt I will get one. These guys are scammers.

DO NOT order from PartsEngine. Stocks are not accurate. Lots of delays. Refund request/process is a nightmare (still waiting for my refund). Any emails to them either get ignored or never reply (only once in bluemoon). If you call them eventually will get to talk to someone but save your time and headache, DO NOT order from them.
Order cancelled, no refund…
I placed an order for a set of tires November 23rd, only to find out there were none in stock. I cancelled the order and the order showed canceled right away. It is now December 15th and I am paying the interest on $1607. It took them under 5 minutes to take my money and I'm still waiting for my refund. I do not recommend using Partsengine.ca ever, I now shop locally. Lesson learned
Scammers
Order rims for my car. On the website it guarantees fitness but after I put my order and prepaid they reach me by email and said it won't fit and suggested me a different rims with the wrong offset. I told them that they won't fit either but they sent me a diagram and said that offset difference is not that essential. After a week they sent another email saying they recheck and rims won't fit because of the offset difference)))) And suggested me new rims 100bucks more per one, so I cancelled the order. They said that refund will be after 10 business days, after a month I'm still waiting. Calling customer support, waiting on line for 10 min and got response "your refund will be processed at the end of this day" and it never was. Total scam, don't buy anything from them.
Slow communication
Slow communication, inaccurate stock listing,phantom shipping charges....I do not recommend dealing with this company...save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere

In classic "cart before the horse" fashion, I decided to look up reviews on this company only AFTER I submitted my order. Needless to say, I was more than nervous that I'd have a terrible experience and not receive my winter tires in time for the first snowfall of the season.
On the contrary, my entire experience with this company was nothing but completely positive. I was having a bit of trouble with placing the order online, but the sales rep I talked to helped me complete the order. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. My order went through, was processed, and showed up on my doorstep in rural Canada in five business days. All in all, it was a fairly flawless transaction, and they had BY FAR the best prices for the exact tires I wanted.
Couldn't be happier with this company. Hope your experience is as positive as mine.
