I ordered an ice maker
I ordered an ice maker. It was not the correct one even though I got the part number off of their website that said the ice maker was a direct OEM replacement for the model number refrigerator I had. It was not. I called them to ask about exchanging it or refunding it. I was told to send them an email. And during the dialogue I was told that they sent me the part that I ordered and they will not give me a refund. Extremely Shady business. Do not buy from this crooked business.
Never even opened the package
Worst customer service. Partsips isn't worth the hassle. I ordered a wrong part, OK my fault nbd, i got the right part elsewhere and fixed my washer. But then when I tried to return the mistake part I was given the same stupid form response on repeat because this is their return policy.

All i needed was a reurn authorization number. But the only response i could get was their form email of their return policy.
So I tried the phone number on the site. And after a stupidly long wait time I finally got to a person... with a terrible phone connection, who spoke quietly to tell me to email.
I never even opened the package, it's perfect and sitting by my tv right now and I'm out $100+ because of their shitty service.

The customer service is horrible… if you buy something from them and it is the wrong part be sure to get it back within 30 days cause if you’re at 31 days, they will not take it. They will also not help you with any purchases I would not recommend ever using this company.

after 7 days no communication concerning shipping. After calling 5 times I finally got someone to answer. He's said it would be shipped next week. Wrong answer. That's not what I paid for. Scam service, does not have parts on hand. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Part was supposed to ship within 4 days, no update, phone number shows for out of the United States. No response by email, feeling scammed. Mueller Appliance LLC
THIS IS A HEADACHE
Do Not I Repeat Do Not waste your hard earn money. My part went to a totally different address and they want me to reorder another part otherwise they can't refund me nor resend me another one. I have over 20 e-mails going back and forth with them but no solution in place other than telling me to reorder. They sent to a total wrong address . I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Bad parts, Terrible customer service
Ordered a part for a fridge. Received correct part but the part broke within a month. Called customer service and they literally said we do not do returns or replacements and that I would have to buy a new part. Customer service was absolutely terrible and then just hung up on me.
Don't do business with these guys
Ordered a part. Tried to cancel 10 minutes later but couldn't on website Called and was told they can't cancel on the phone and to send email. Sent emaul cancelling the order within 30 minutes of placing it. Got the notice the next day that it shipped. Called and was told nothing could be done. Crooks

Company sent the wrong part
Company sent the wrong part. Probably innocent mistake, picker got the last digit wrong. I followed all instructions for a return. After which I was given the run around. After 10 emails I was told to send my request again for a return. After which they started over with their same runaround excuses. I gave up and called my bank they are trying to resolve the problem, giving me a temporary refund to my account. It should not have been this hard. I will update when resolved.

Don't ever use them!
Returns are slow-walked, and you won't find out they have a 60 day return policy until AFTER you're paid to return your part to their facility. "Thank you very much- no money for you." Do yourself a favor and use PartsSelect.com, even if the part costs more. It will work, and they even have a real return policy!

I ordered a control board for a GE Gas Stove. I payed extra for shipping and when I received the part it did not work, was faulty. Partsips said I would have to go to the manufacturer. to resolve the issue. When I turned in all the proper information to the manufacturer they rejected the refund. I've never had problems like this in the past, I guess it's due to them be a half ass supplier of parts

I recently ordered replacement upper & lower racks for my GE dishwasher. The original racks are no longer manufactured but PartsIPS directed me to the correct replacement parts. The on-line chat answered all of my questions in seconds. The parts arrived 3-4 days early & complete with wheels & silverware rack as advertised. Both racks fit perfectly & are actually a better design than the originals which had begun to rust. They were genuine GE parts.
