Ordered a selection of party bags for Wickes, to give out to our younger customers to keep them entertained, whilst their parents are in the Showroom discussing kitchens and bathrooms. They arrived quickly and were well packed. I will be placing another order soon. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I had a great experience with PartyBagsRUs, even though things didn’t go to plan at first as my order got lost. They really went out of their way to fix the issue, and from the way the handled it it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. This kind of service is rare these days and sets them apart from the rest.

It would have been easy for them to just refund me since it wasn’t a big order, but they made sure to follow through and get it sorted that says a lot about how they run their business. I really wish them all the best and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I placed the order 4 weeks ago. Upon the automatic email confirmation, I hear nothing from them. I have created an account and still says processing... I have email them, tried to call them, contacted them on social media but nobody answers. I wish I have never used this company.

Edited with update: Anna got in touch with me to apologise for my experience. A very lovely lady. Email confirmations should be standard upon making an order so she will be looking into what went wrong with their system. I could not get hold of anyone as they had been having trouble with their phone lines.
Anna refunded me and apologised profusely, also allowing me to keep the party bags that had arrived and I didn’t need. The spare party bags have gone to a local children’s centre charity as a little treat for them.

Ordered on 8th January for a party on 25th January.
Never received an email confirmation that the order went through/ was received. The money did leave my bank account though.
I need the party bags by 24th Jan (today is 22nd) and still no response so I have emailed again to ask for a refund.

I placed an order quite late and when I hadn’t heard anything I phoned them, spoke to a very helpful lady who assured me they would be delivered the following day. They even messaged me on the morning of the delivery with a picture of the tracking information.

I ordered very last minute, started to worry as no update on dispatch. I called them up and absolutely fantastic service, spoke to a lovely lady who reassured me that it will arrive on time and upgraded my delivery. Just received an email telling me royal mail will deliver tomorrow (a day early than I was expecting).

Amazing customer service. Will be a regular customer and will recommend to family and friends.

I ordered some party bags well in advance of my daughter’s party, only to realise that I had accidentally pressed the wrong month for the required by date. This was less than a week before the party, I emailed the company to let them know and I was in a total panic. A very polite and caring woman named Anna responded to me assuring me that they would have the bags out to me the next day and they absolutely were true to their word. Fast forward the next day and conversations on the school run had me panicking all over again because parents who hadn’t rsvpd were casually chatting about attending so I was now worried I wouldn’t have enough to cover any such situations. I emailed again and placed an order for another load of bags on express delivery, again a very very empathetic and professional response got these to me the very next day. I cannot thank you enough for helping me resolve an issue that I created myself 😅

We ordered 24 party bags and realised we forgot to change the date for delivery. 5 days before the party we contacted partybagsrus and they got then to us in 2 days. After that we then realised were short by 8 as more people were coming to the party and yet again they performed a miracle and got them to us in a flash.

After hearing about this company through the mums at school, I placed an order. Excellent lucky dip selection for my daughters 5th birthday. All neatly individually wrapped, and packaged carefully. I had to ring as I was panicking they would not arrive on time, I was met with such a quick reassuring response and guarantee. Will definitely use this company for all further party needs.
