I was really disappointed with the service provided. Despite some confusion regarding the drop-off and pick-up locations, both were in the CBD. The booking was canceled because the loading dock did not meet the requirements. Even though there was an option to pay for parking, it was completely overlooked, and no attempt was made to find a solution. It was quite frustrating. Moreover, it wasn't until three days after I sent all the details to finalise the booking that I received a response canceling it.

I think the website needs clearer instructions. Additionally, you should not assume that certain locations have specific parking. You're in the event business; it's honestly ridiculous that you couldn't make it work.

Dylan was extremely easy to communicate with, replying in a promptly manner and efficiently organising the set up and configuration of the letters and other ornaments in our hotel room.

This allowed my girlfriend (now fiancé) and I to have dinner confidently knowing that everything was being sorted whilst we were away for the ultimate surprise.
