Pleasantly Surprised by the Efficiency of the staff and Quality of the items offered. Ordered the Tiger Hong Peah's alongside the Yee Sang and It was pure nostalgia!!

The customer service is awful. They messed up my order, but it took ages for them to respond, and I still haven’t received my refund. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I definitely would not recommend ordering anything from them.

They finally refunded me one order after two weeks and sent the other order to me while I don't need it anymore. The person said they were on a holiday leave so they couldn't reply me. However, if customer messages go unanswered simply because a staff member is on leave, that reflects a lack of responsibility in their customer support process. They should hire more people or the manager should find a way to cover the works when a staff are off. This problem still deserves a 1-star review of weak management of this company.

The company response underneath tried to gaslight the whole thing to make it sounds like my faults. The truth is, I messaged them on WhatsApp about the wrong order, and their staff replied that they would cancel the order on 10/2/2026. However, they still dispatched the order on 13/2/2026, which is entirely their management problem.
Both orders were placed on 10/2/2026, but they sent out the wrong one and didn’t send the correct one until two weeks later. It’s clear that they messed this up. What’s worse is that they tried to flag this review to have it taken down instead of admitting their mistake. They probably have so many good reviews because they try to take down negative ones.
I had to show Trustpilot the chat history to prove that this is a valid review.

the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. my parcel was quite urgent and they managed to arrange everything quickly. amazing service and such a caring team. thank you again for going the extra mile, truly appreciated, especially during the festive season! they also have such a good variety of malaysian snacks and groceries, which makes it extra special for those of us who are far from home. it honestly feels like a little taste of home in the uk 🥹🇲🇾

Very good customer service and prompt response. And I love the Malaysian pastes like rojak paste. My friend likes the Oriental kopi powder and kaya. Hope they will get more products from Oriental like kopi powder in durian flavor🤭

I noticed that my order had not arrived in time for Christmas, so I contacted the company via text message. They responded promptly and arranged a replacement order with 24-hour tracked delivery, allowing me to receive it in time. I was very pleased with the quick response and excellent after-sales service. I would happily shop with them again.
