I cannot recommend this company highly…
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish they were brilliant. Super efficient turn around to make, quick and convenient delivery options and great communication. We also had a major problem on the day of delivery in that my measurements were wrong and the oversized headboard would not fit up my stairs. Disaster! I was distraught and thought I’d be stuck with a bed I couldn’t use. Contacted them and they immediately gave me a simple, quick solution that didn’t cost me the earth to fix and I still got the bed I wanted and it looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!!

Received my new bed Thursday, a week after ordering, and it was a double bank holiday too, excellent service.
It’s an absolutely beautiful bed, the Brooklyn and increased the headboard to 160cm, made the bed stand out, it’s stunning, so glad I did!

Just Brilliant
I ordered 2 beds from Pascal beds and have to praise them on their firstly quality, the beds are of good quality though I had a problem with my first ottoman bed not closing properly within hours they had responded to my email and without any delay no questioning they were just very apologetic and reordered the parts needed and sent them out within days and have say after receiving them replacement parts today the bed is great now thank you…
Their customer service is just a joy to have as it just doesn’t happen anymore with most companies anymore and their delivery guys are very helpful both times as had beds delivered separately both times great helped me upstairs with bed,thank you Bob &Adam and sorry can’t remember the first delivery guys names probably Bob & Adam also so again thank you.

Took delivery of my 2 new beds today. The whole experience was amazing from ordering to delivery and assembly.Sid was great. Kept upto date with delivery time the day before and on the day. Sid called to sat when he’d arrive. Built the beds up and took all the packing away too. Highly recommend this company.

A*** High Quality Great Price
After searching online and in stores we went for a superking with PSCL. Sceptical at first because for similar beds in stores it was double the price. Honestly. It’s amazing. Everything from ordering to any issues PSCL after purchase care is amazing. Very quick to reply very quick to answer any questions. This is the place to go without question. Overjoyed with my new bed
I was a little nervous about buying a kingsize bed online without physically seeing it beforehand, but PSCL team made the process seamless and the quality is top-notch. There was flexibility when ordering regarding the ottoman storage, headboard height, delivery date deferral and obviously colour options. I arranged delivery to be at a more suitable date for ourselves and the delivery service and assembly team were very efficient and communicated with me well, especially as I managed to provide a previous address for delivery (thankfully only round the corner!)
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or reorder.
