Terrible company
I recently had a back door and wet room installed by Passmore Group, and unfortunately my overall experience has been very disappointing.
From the outset, there were issues with communication and organisation. Contractors failed to attend as scheduled, and I received calls where it appeared I was being confused with another customer. When I initially raised these concerns, the response I received over the phone was dismissive and lacking professionalism. I escalated this further, however I felt that the same attitude continued even at a senior level.
Although I was later informed that the work had been “completed”, this is not the case. There are still outstanding snagging issues, predominantly relating to the door installation, which remain unresolved. I have had no follow-up contact or review visit arranged despite raising this.
Communication throughout has been poor. On one occasion, two window/door fitters arrived at my home without any prior notice—no phone call or email to inform me. This was particularly concerning as I have previously made the company aware that I am a vulnerable, disabled woman living alone. This lack of consideration was both unsettling and unacceptable.
I do want to highlight that the contractor Kevin, who completed my wet room, was fantastic. He demonstrated genuine care and professionalism throughout, had a lovely manner, made me feel listened to, and made a real effort to engage warmly with my two dogs. The issues I have raised are not reflective of his work, which has been excellent. He is the reason I have given two stars.
Overall, the experience has been overshadowed by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and unresolved issues. I am still awaiting contact to resolve the outstanding works.

Bathroom make-over
We have just had our bathroom uprated with new bath, shower, toilet, sink and new wall cladding and i must say it now looks just great. The two bathroom fitters Dean and Ryan were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, they explained what they were going to do and their standard of work was top notch could not fault them I'm very happy with the result

Bedroom to bathroom conversion
Just had a bedroom converted into a bathroom, fitted by Dean And Ryan and cannot fault their work. They arrived at the time they said they would and discussed any issues, which were many as the room didn't have any straight walls, but they came up with idea after idea to make our vision work, even working into the evening to complete this project. Everyone who has been involved in this has been friendly and accommodating, from Angela the designer to Joe the surveyor, Mark the electrician, Dave, the accounts dept and customer service, you can tell they take pride in what they create.

From start to finish
From start to finish, my bathroom installation has been as smooth as one could expect from what is an unavoidably disruptive process. Simon’s design, which worked around an awkward space, was creative and the ideal solution. Ben, the fitter, was a pleasure to have in the house. He arrived every morning at the specified time, was fastidiously tidy, was very happy to talk me through the work he was doing and had some creative ideas when we were chatting about decorating and finishing touches. This isn’t cheap but is excellent value for money. I can’t rate Ben’s work highly enough, and definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a top quality outcome and experience. Thank you.

Excellent service altogether
We had our bathroom changed to meet some mobility issues.
Every stage of the process was excellent. They came to our house, not just to measure up, but to carefully discuss our needs. That expert advice was very much appreciated. The measurements were all taken twice.
We had expected several people at once, but Zibbi did the bulk of the work by himself.
He was courteous, punctual and as quiet as you can be when you are taking a bathroom apart. He kept everything as clean as possible, and was organised and considerate. He kept us up to speed, talked about the placement of everything, again, helping us with his expertise. When he completed and left, he carefully went over all the changes with us.
His range of skill was very impressive. We couldn’t rate him highly enough.
There were two specialist, electricity and floor covering, who were also quietly very good indeed.

Highly recommend
Passmore have just finished my bathroom . I love it , we were under abit of pressure as the last shower just stopped working so needed it doing fairly quickly, decided to go for a fully renovation in the bathroom. it was done quickly by Ryan and we couldn't be happier , im not one to feel comfortable with having people in the house but was very comfortable with Ryan fairly quickly as he was just so lovely. Thankyou to everyone who has helped up on this journey were over the moon.

Disappointing
When this experience started I was extremely satisfied in my dealings with Passmore Kitchens and in the beginning I would have given them ten out of ten. My meetings and conversations with Julie Gokce were excellent. She understood from the outset what I wanted in a kitchen and she actually listened to me. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional.
All the subcontracted tradesmen have also been very professional and trustworthy, the sort of people I was happy to have in my house. I was told it would be a three week process from start to finish but by next Tuesday, 24th June it will have been four weeks and the kitchen is not yet complete.
My main kitchen installer, Stuart has been excellent. Sadly he has been taken away from my job on more than one occasion to help out at other sites when no one else has been available. Also I missed days due to no shows from the plasterer and electrician. I would like someone from Passmore to explain to me why my kitchen installation is less important than that of a new client. If Stuart had not been diverted, my kitchen would have been completed on time that is apart from the missing door handle. How a company can send 22 kitchen doors and only 21 handles is beyond me.
Imagine my delight on 21st June, when the final invoice dropped through my letterbox. Included with it was a box of chocolates. It strikes me that your company would be better off not handing out Prosecco and chocolates and concentrating on customer service. I will pay the invoice immediately when the kitchen is finally completed.
On a positive note, I am pleased with the new kitchen and will be thankful when the installation is over. However I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Would I recommend Passmore Kitchens? Sadly not from my experience.

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish, and about half the price of quotes from bigger companies. The rep was pleasant, business-like and kept to the time limit I'd asked for. The technical surveyor was also helpful and gave clear explanations. I had the bath replaced by a shower, new basin, toilet and flooring. They didn't try to sell me things that I didn't want. Zibi, the main plumber/fitter, was brilliant, did an excellent job, and dealt with issues as they arose without any fuss. I had no worries about leaving him to get on with the job. The electrician found a solution to an unexpected problem. The bungalow was left tidy at the end of each day and waste was removed promptly.
