I had a 1:1 session today for my maths as i have my exams coming up. I found the session very helpful as each step was shown and easily could be followed. before the lesson I also received prompts when the session was nearing by which was also a bonus as my memory is quite shocking. i want to thank Laura for helping me understand quadratics as before i had the session I had no clue what was going on.

DO NOT USE - POTENTIAL FRAUD
They tried to claim a late fee for registering out of time for an exam.
They had not said there was a deadline, they did not chase details until after a deadline had apparently expired. When challenged to provide evidence of the Late Fee they provided an AI summary and also provided a document which showed a Late Fee which was lower than the sum we had already paid them.
I asked to make a complaint. They did not follow their own complaint procedure and just ignored me. I believe they are fraudulent.
IN RESPONSE TO REPLY - 26TH FEBRUARY 2026
The replay doesn’t really deal with the crux of the complaint.
1. You did not mention late fees, gave no notice of impending deadlines and only chased after the deadline had passed.
2. I provided evidence from the exam board website confirming I registered in time.
3. When asked to provide evidence of the fee you provided :-
a. An AI overview saying fees may apply.
b. Evidence from a different board that I registered with.
c. Evidence of a late fee which is lower than the sum I have already paid you.
4. Your own staff did not follow your complaint policy. They ignored my initial complaint and then insisted on a number of occasions that a complaint had to be made in writing. Your own site confirms in writing is only required when a complaint is escalated, not in first instance.

Exam board deadlines and any associated late fees are set externally and are not determined by us. Where a registration is completed after the published deadline, the late fee applied reflects the charge issued by the exam board.
Your concerns have been passed to our management team and are currently being reviewed in line with our formal complaints procedure. As advised, you will receive a response within the stated timeframe.

Absolutely amazing! What a fantastic Organisation. Laura was so very helpful in making me to understand the maths topic. Laura worked at my pace, told me that I should not fear asking any question and gave me tips on how to understand and work through the topic. The teaching that she provided was what I wished I had received when I was at school. A subject that I loathed and was fearful of, in just 30 minutes, Laura gave me the confidence and empowerment to want to enjoy, study and learn the subject! I am very Happy!!

DO NOT pay this company a penny until they can offer you a TEST CENTRE location where you live, you will NOT get a REFUND... They will misrepresent themselves on the phone to sell their product and then REPLY on TERMS OF SERVICE to avoid paying you back...please wise up
Readers, please be careful, after requesting my refund because Pass GCSE "mislead " their services to me. I received a reply from them that I will not be REFUNDED....because i did not request a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period. This is a catch-22 situation, because any centre PASS GCSE will offer you, will be AFTER the 14-day cooling-off period... please, PLEASE DO NOT BECOME THE VICTIM ......LIKE ME..

While we always try to find a centre as close as possible, locations can’t be guaranteed before registration.

I had a wonderful and comfortable experience with the one on one session that I have done. The tutor is nice, right on time, and I have learned what I wanted to have a recap on in a timely manner. I am feeling more confident now going into this because of it.
