Very friendly and helpful company, I buy my horse food and supplements from them, they always order in items if they don’t have it in stock and the prices are very reasonable. Good range of products.

Excellent service and delivery friendly staff always try to get what you want

I’ve always had excellent service from Pasturetec particularly when ordering replacement Eartags for cattle. Staff are always polite and very helpful, always offering to order stock in if not available. Nothing is too much trouble. Good range of products is store.

I use Pasturtec for bedding and feed for my horse, they are very competitive on price and deliver which is really useful to me. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

I ordered some nail on insulators, eventually some cheaper ones arrived as the ones I ordered were out of stock. Despite several attempts for refund or receiving goods to the value I paid I am still out of pocket. Good products but I feel a lack of customer care

Ordered at Betacraft fleece for my husband that showed out of stock so called Pasturetec to give eta for the garment. They advised that their supplier couldn’t say how long it would be and did I want a refund. I didn’t really but before I could say this a suggestion of an alternative was given that they had on a sale rail. Brilliant description of item was given and I said yes I’d have it. Asked if anything in size 14 on the rail and there was, so bought myself a Stoney Creek Station Shirt as well. Well done, well sold with fab descriptions of items, brilliant service and VERY happy with both purchases 👍

Dreadful customer service - don't even bother, just buy elsewhere.

Send the wrong item (end Nov) so contacted to return. Was told I would need to return cover postage costs (incorrect). Eventually sent return postage (mid Dec) with tracking confirming return however have still not refunded (currently 2 weeks) despite several messages and a phone call.

Poor attitude toward customers

P.s - I can assure you this review is accurate and impartial. I had / have absolutely no grievance with this company aside from this single transaction which, as explained, I believe to have been poorly handled. Nothing I have written is inaccurate despite the owners suggestion to the contrary. If the owner could explain to me exactly what part of my account is untrue or defamatory then I would be grateful to hear and more than happy to amend however as all lines of communication were severed by yourselves I have been denied that opportunity.

I would also add that your definition of a ‘keyboard warrior’ is way out of kilter as I made several attempts to reach out and spoke to you and your team directly on more than one occasion.
