I had an excellent experience with Patagonia Travelers. The entire travel program was very well organized, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully planned, which allowed me to fully enjoy the trip and have a great time. A special thanks to Lucia, who organized everything so perfectly—her attention to detail and dedication really made the experience outstanding. Organicé mi viaje por Chaltén, Calafate, Torres del Paine y Bariloche con Patagonia Traveler, Ivana se encargó de armarme el itinerario y hacer las reservas de hoteles, traslados, vuelos, parques nacionales y demás extras. Fue una experiencia inolvidable, es un viaje costoso pero sin ningún tipo de duda merece la pena, volvería a repetirlo un millón de veces. Todo salió a la perfección, todo muy cómodo, ante cualquier duda o eventualidad tenía a mi disposición la empresa para solucionar las dudas, enviarme los vouchers de cada parte del viaje, y tuvieron varios detalles antes y durante el viaje que los hacen una compañía atenta, cercana, profesional y con una enorme sensibilidad y escucha para con los viajeros que eligen lanzarse a esta aventura con ellos. Les doy las gracias por toda su ayuda, su disponibilidad, su profesionalidad y su atención. Recomendable al 200%.

The team at Patagonia Traveler was fantastic from the get-go. As soon as I made my first enquiry through their website, I received a response and they showed engagement, interest and a real passion for what they do. We used them to create a bespoke trip to Patagonia which involved the traditional treks but also more varied activities, like horse riding, cruises on lakes, etc... They were excellent at proposing activities in the cities where we were staying as part of transfers too.
Our agent, Ivana, was kindness incarnated, and was extremely flexible and patient with organising everything. We used to communicate via Whatsapp, and she would book as much or as little for us. There were also a few significant 'final touches' to our honeymoon trip which they organised for us, without telling us, and they were much appreciated. Finally, they were able to advise us well on what to pack and how to organise ourselves for the trip, simply because they've been to most of the places that they suggest to do!

All around, an incredible experience. I would recomment them anytime, and we will likely go back to the team when we want to explore the region again. The only thing I would mention is that if you want to do the W or O treks in the Torres del Paine national park, you will want to organise and book this months ahead.
