we wanted to make some Hyrox team patches and engaged Patch&Bagel to help - all i gave them was some instructions n they made the design EXACTLY to what i envisioned. 100% recommended
I ordered a lamp. 9 days later, I got an email saying that my order was canceled "at my request." I did not request this. I assume this was something automated. It also said my "payment has not yet been refunded." I don't know what to think here but something isn't right.
I would leave zero stars, but it's not an option. I never received my order and there've been no updates since the order confirmation email - almost 2 months ago. They did, however, quickly remove the $50+ dollars from my account! Extremely dissatisfied.
So, after I posted this review, I received the email posted here... Wonderful, I thought. Except, it's almost two months later and there's never been a refund. Seriously, don't trust your money to this company.
A few days after the update posted above, I received an apology and full refund from Patch & Bagel. Took quite a while, but I am thankful they refunded my money.

I ordered one light then saw there was a deal to get 15% off for two, i emailed and they had to cancel and for me to re order but gave me a personal discount code which was so lovely! I haven't seen the lamps because they were sent as a gift but I've been told they're very cute in person too!
Ordered faux flowers (15) on 12/3 and didn’t receive until 12/20. Upon arrival the box was crushed and the flower quality is disappointing to say the least. Will not order from them and would recommend you not either.
