Sorted me out and told me what the problem seemed to be.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly sending me the links to Anima straight away. Once I had responded (which I might add was very straightforward) I received a reply within an hour! So impressed!

Quick response and my request was delt with accordingly.

Dr Mark Galliver and admin team are very helpful and very kind also any issue they are quick response I am vey happy with there service i really appreciate it many thanks

Problem was solved quickly by the surgery but the system itself is lengthy.

The reception team at the meriden surgery (Bridgewater surgeries) are lovely. Always kind efficient and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better team of wonderful ladies. 😊

Just wish the doctors were as kind. Since Dr Parks and Dr Deb left I haven't felt cared for sadly.

So far seems to be doing a good job for the NHS

There are some patients like myself who have had medical conditions which are not conjusive to using the system when things deviate from the norm. Confusion, nerve damage, vision impairment make it difficult to carry out even the basic tasks of the Anima system.

More over, I believe that some of the medical administration staff rely too heavily on this system and some are even extremely unwilling to deviate from it's use. Certain requests or problems arise which do not quite fit the criteria of the system and you just want or need to speak to a person.

The process is easy and simple. The initial questionnaire (although AI-led) wasn't too long and got to a summary quickly and accurately. The communication with the GP/surgery was also simple and easy to do - its the same link for the whole conversation.
