I filled in the many questions, and was then told that the system had reached capacity and I could not submit my request. All my work answering questions was thrown away. If the system has reached capacity, could it tell you this before you start to make a request?

Initially on calling Hellesdon medical practice for an urgent repeat for medication that I had, irresponsibly, not managed effectively; I was presented with Anima AI on the call and I thought “oh here we go!…”

… wow! I’m impressed. It is simple, easy to use, repeats back what you have said for clarity and concise information. It even gave me a healthy boost of confidence with its soothing and pleasant responses. This I think will be key when considering human interactions can be perceived very differently from person to person, and when you don’t feel well, we can all think someone is being rude when intentions are not so. Anima takes away this option and presents only with facts, thus in turn allowing appropriate comments to be in written reply from the triage human team at the surgery; therefore, reducing the likelihood of thinking a staff member is being personally rude in response, when actually we don’t know what kind of day that person is having or what intentions they had when communicating. Very clever and a very fast response from triage within 2hrs.

The response to my query to Bridgewater Surgeries was dealt with quickly, response sent back to me almost immediately along with the action being taken to resolve my issue.
