I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my implant replacement surgery. Paul Harris and the whole team couldn't have looked after me more. I was well informed and made aware of any complications that may occur.
It was a seamless experience and my recovery was quite amazing.

I initially went to see Mr Harris because my existing implants were put in many years ago and were showing signs of deterioration. I was particularly concerned that one had actually split. During my first consultation, Mr Harris immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me that he didn’t think it had ruptured - and he was correct.

Because of the age and deterioration of the old implants, the replacement procedure itself was much more complicated due to existing scar tissue around the implant capsule. However, Mr Harris handled the complexity with absolute expertise. From that very first meeting all the way through to my final four-month post-op check-up, Mr Harris and his entire nursing team were truly wonderful, professional, and supportive. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and felt in the safest hands throughout.

It took years to be brave enough to seek out a surgeon as I was very unhappy with my body. I was given the name of Paul Harris and did my research and I couldn't have been with anyone better. I thought I wanted better looking breasts however after a consulation he advised me that my breasts were in good shape and that the issue was actually that I was out of proportion with a tummy that overhung accentuating a horrid scar from a teenage operation. He was 100% correct, that was my issue and I went ahead with the surgery that I hadn't expected to be having. It involved a small lower tummy tuck with lyposuction in order to give me a shaped waist and flat tummy with all signs of a scar gone. The care and support throughout the procedure was exceptional and I felt totally supported during the recovery period. I would like to mention Sharon the nurse was really lovely and kind. Despite the large scar it was painless and comfortable and it has changed my life in such a positive way. I would like to thankyou the whole team for making something I was so concerned about doing into one of the best things I have ever done.

Mr Harris had been recommended to me, I had complications with my breast implants although not an emergency they had become quite misshaped, hard and in my head unattractive from a lot of scar tissue, I knew the procedure that was needed wasn’t going to be an easy one. Mr Harris has been amazing and very professional all the way through this journey, from easing my mind to doing an absolutely fantastic job with my breasts, they are now back to the size they originally were meant to be and soft, I had waited a lot of years to find the right time and the right person, I truly am delighted and would definitely recommend Mr Harris and his wonderful team to anyone that has concerns or just want to improve their breasts .

Paul Harris is the only surgeon I have consulted who thought that a brachioplasty would be possible for someone like me, as I am over 70 and have had BC surgery in the past. I know he wouldn’t have considered it, if that were not the case. He is very honest (in the nicest possible way!) as to what in his view is or isn’t advisable.

I was delighted with the results, so much so that (months later) I am fully recovered from an abdominoplasty. I definitely don’t regret investing in myself properly for the first time in my life.

In my experience, Mr Harris is simply the best. His whole team is efficient, knowledgeable and ever so friendly and approachable, from the moment of first contact with his office, who always replies promptly, to his nurses’ flawless and thorough aftercare.

I am looking forward to my first summer in short sleeves for ages, and, who knows, maybe a non-age-appropriate cheeky crop top too.

I am so impressed by Paul and his team! I was very flat chested (barely fit a 32A bra) and slim, and he managed to give me very natural looking small breasts (full B/small C) using teardrop implants, half under the muscle and fat transfer round the edge. What I wanted was described as “not possible” by another surgeon who wanted to slap circular implants on. This would have looked silly on my body and I don’t want to have big looking breasts (just enough to fill underwear).

There’s a reason why Paul is more expensive with a longer wait time - he’s an expert in his craft with high attention to detail, and isn’t afraid to go the hard route to get the results you want. The rest of the staff were lovely too and I really have no complaints about the process, just wish I’d done it sooner!

I did a lot of research before deciding on Mr Harris and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He and his team and consummate professionals who looked after me pre, during and post surgery.

I had a breast reduction surgery with Mr Paul Harris recently and honestly the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. he made me feel comfortable from first consultation , listened to any concerns, and explained everything clearly before the procedure. 

The surgery itself went really smoothly and the aftercare has been incredible. I’m so happy with the results they are already much more than i had hoped to achieve. I felt comfortable leaving  Mr Harris to use his expertise to reduce the size to match my build. I now feel much more comfortable in everyday life and only wish I had done it years ago.

His entire team were friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process always ready to answer questions . I genuinely felt looked after every step of the way. Terrible experience and still living with the disfigurement and mental trauma

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I had done a lot of research beforehand resulting in me feeling confident that Mr Harris was the best around, and my experience corroborated that. I felt comfortable throughout the process, no pressure and supported throughout. Several nurses in hospital (Parkside) during my stay, and subsequent post-op appointments, independently commented on Mr Harris being the best surgeon at the hospital, that he provided the best aftercare to his patients etc. I struggled with the initial result of the reduction but by 3 months post reduction was delighted with the results.

I had breast reduction surgery in late November 2022and it was the best thing I ever did! Paul Harris and his team were impeccable from start to finish and I could not have wished for a higher level of care and consideration. Mr Harris was warm and welcoming and listened to what I was after and the results were fantastic. Andrea was really helpful too and was very accommodating in helping me schedule the follow up appointments. Extremely professional and helpful!

I had a few consultations with others but I really felt I had found the right surgeon for me in Mr Harris. He understood my aesthetic goals and explained the procedure and risks very clearly. There were so many variables and outcomes to consider, and he helped me understand them all in detail. Dr Harris is a credit to the industry! From the early days of consultation and exploring my options, to the attention to aftercare he has been really supportive throughout and clearly cares about his clients. I wasn’t made to feel rushed with picking my options in relation to surgery. Dr Harris discussed all possible surgeries in depth, aiding me to weigh up the pros and cons of my options. I ended up going forward with Bilateral mastopexy and fat transfer to breasts. I have a genetic condition - severe tubular breasts which has been a major insecurity from the beginning of adolescence. Dr Harris made me feel comfortable in all of my appointments, and showed a lot of empathy. I have been to 7 different surgeons for their opinion on what could be done to correct my breasts - 4 advised my case was too severe as they’re in experienced and with my condition - as a result could make their appearance worse. 3 we’re just utterly unhelpful- quoted ridiculous amounts of money and wanted me to go through a 3 different surgery’s to correct my condition, they weren’t empathetic and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Rest assured with Dr Harris you are in very safe and capable hands. I cannot thank him enough for the way my results have positively improved my self esteem, and had a knock on effect with me having a more positive outlook on life. I have waited just over a year to write this review - the results are still as amazing as they were when i had finished healing, and the aftercare really has been exquisite.

It has taken me 7 months to write this review as i needed to find the right words to describe my experience with Mr Harris and his team.
After a lot of deliberating over getting surgery done i finally took the plunge and can say i am so glad i did.
Mr Harris is the epitome of what we all expect a doctor to be but is a rarity. His professionalism, calm understated and friendly manner and above all his absolute expertise in what he does makes him the best in his field and reassuringly lets you know you are in good hands.
The results of my breast reduction, uplift and liposuction have surpassed anything i could have hoped for and i now feel pert and younger. I spent the past 4 years in dark clothing, tight sports bras and cardigans trying to hide my large bosoms and i can finally feel free of those barriers to my everyday life.
In addition to that the amazing hospital staff and Mr Harris' team have been on hand any time to speak to when i had an issue and to reassure me when i thought a part of my healing was unusual or unexpected.

Mr Harris was amazing to deal with. I wanted to change the appearance of my breasts and he gave me all the options so I could make an informed decision on the type of surgery. I am BRCA2 positive and had a mastectomy, followed by immediate reconstruction by Mr Paul Harris, the results were outstanding and the aesthetics look so natural.
