Couldn't improve, your surpassed my expectations

Pavlus made it so easy for us. There was no pre-cruise package by the cruise line, so we booked our hotel, and Pavlus arranged for car service to take us to the hotel, and then the ship. We received our flight info, etc. very promptly. We have confidence that Pavlus will help us, if there is any problem.

Pam organized all our Air Flights, Hotel, Hotel Dinner Reservations and many other important events that were scheduled for our wonderful vacation in Greece! Working with Pavlus since 2011, booking multiple land tours, river cruises, and ocean cruises. Never once a problem. Three different travel planners over the last 13 years - each one terrific. Rose Morrissey is the best. She responds quickly and follows through with concerns. Pavlus has a great Guest Relations team which deals efficiently with air arrangements or any other problems. The best is the check which comes about a week before travel. Who wants a shipboard credit? Cash is best, and that is what you get with Pavlus!

Your agent, Rose Morrissey Palvus Travel accused me of ordering the travel insurance at the end of 2023 She charged my account $599 plus a $25 deposit. She accused I ordered her to buy insurance. My cruise is in March 2026, why I will buy my insurance from her because I always buy my travel insurance for a whole year. I am a frequent traveler. I don't remember I called her to pay my $25 deposit plus Insurance. I emailed to pay my $25 deposit for March 2026 river cruise. She said after I bought it, it was not refundable. Does it make sense I buy insurance almost three years ahead before my departure? I never do that. She said she is asking management to call me I doubt someone will contact me. Will Craig Pavlus look into this case and solve it? My booking #7857343. My first billing statement showed I declined the insurance protection plan. She charged my account on 12/15/2023 for $624 ($599 insurance plus $25 deposit) I need my $599 insurance reimbursement. I have photocopies ready to submit and proof of my request. Please contact me to solve this issue. I believe Pavlus Travel is a good and experienced company. You will handle my travel insurance refunds. Can I speak to your CEO, Craig Pavlus?
