On 10/20/22 I ordered and paid for a Pup Protector from this company. I still on 11/15/22 have not received my product. I have been contacting their support site for several days and they are not responding. Communication would be nice. I guess they do not care about customer service. I would not recommend using this company ever.

Poor customer service - refuse to take a return or refund you your money. Products are thin cheap material never buy from them

Only 1 star because it won't let me do zero. I ordered a dog bed on 2nd October. You took payment qui ckly but here I am on the 6th November and no dog bed! I've emailed you twice no response. Nothing. Dreadful company. Am now taking action with my credit card company to claim my money back. Do not use them! They are scammers swindling you out of money and not sending the product though when I ordered they said they were in stock. The address appears to be for Internet only. No signs of them in Finchley. Shocking! The dire needs taking down.

Was sent the wrong items. I called and called customer service and no one answers. Sent numerous emails with no reply. About to start a charge back with my credit card company..STAY AWAY THEY ARE HORRIBLE

They never sent product stated there confusion with my order states sent it out right away still never received it called 1800 number no one answers. I will never do business again with this company they are thieves. Don't order anything from this company. They asked if I want to update I did get refund. Still won't use this company.

Do not give your dog these products. Beef rib bone shards can break off in dogs stomach and intestines. Also bones will crack teeth. Do not buy this product

As with others, I wish I had read reviews ahead of time. I placed an order weeks ago and it is just sitting "confirmed". Had I known it wouldn't be delivered within a reasonable time of ordering it (or if the product was back ordered) I would have gone to a brick and mortar store or chosen another vendor. Upon trying to contact PAW.com to get a status report or cancel my order, I've received zero customer service (as in, no one has responded to multiple emails, phone calls, or call backs).

*Update: within 24 hours of posting negative reviews, I had a response from the company and a resolution to my issue. It wasn't exactly what I requested (so they still aren't listening to me) but it at least acknowledged my problem.

They sent us a small blanket, if you can call it that, its more like a rug. We had ordered a large. No-one will pick up the phone in 4 days and they do not respond to emails.
So, the blankets you see that look soft and draped/wrinkled nicely over couches and beds must be a mock blanket, what you get is this thick hard rug-like thickness. Of course its waterproof, you would have to have an elephant to seep through to the bottom.

My wife convinced me to spend nearly $190 and I get thier small size which is useless to me since we need to cover an 80in couch. At this point I hate these people, I hope that was the marketing they wanted because they seem to have bad reviews EVERYWHERE, with good reason.

And next we'll go to Amazon reviews and the BBB as companies like this deserve the TRUTH about their terrible business practices to be public so others dont get treated this way and duped out of their money.

In 2022 if you cannot provide BASIC customer service you are not professional enough or good enough to be in business. Consider instead to continue in your garage and sell on Ebay if you are going to work like you do. Although I dont think they will withstand the test of time.

Disappointing to say the least

I have still not received my pet bed and cannot get hold of the company

I placed my order online via PayPal for the XL/Giant dog bed.
Immediately after getting an email confirmation (25 minutes), I tried calling them at 800-607-1865--NO ANSWER
Sent an email requesting the order be cancelled.
I went online and placed a 2nd order for the Large dog bed, within 30 minutes of each other

The next day, I received an email that Giant bed was shipping. Called and spoke to Maurice/Morris who advised he could not stop the shipment, but he would send me a return label that I would get in 5-7 days.
Received the bed, NO label sent.
Tried calling 800 number, NO answer.
Resent my cancellation email asking where label was---NO RESPONSE
Called again the next day, sent another email--NO RESPONSE or ANSWER
Contacted Paypal for help resolving because at this point I think the place has closed their doors.
Called again and finally got Maurice/Morris--asked him where was the return label. He advised since I had contacted Paypal he could NOT help me. I reminded him that over a week ago he was sending me a return label, and they had not been involved at that time. He immediately got defensive and HUNG UP the phone on me?!? Who does that?

I notified GMA who featured their product on their show, which is why I purchased from them.
This company has failed miserably when it comes to customer service.
They are rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional.
Had I read reviews about this place prior to placing my order, I would never have given them my business.
Paw.com may make a decent product, but how you treat your customers will put you out of business faster than anything.
Im the operations manager for a multi million dollar company, and I would fire every employee that mistreated a customer as they have done me.
All I asked for was a return label, which they advertise as part of their selling tactics, for a mistake I made.

I have paid just under £25 over a month ago and STILL NO DOG BED!!

Purchased a bed, kept checking tracking showing not dispatched, contacted company, message back from Reno Mascorin, saying being processed. Then site email disappeared, no more messages, but month later another payment pending from my account for another similar named site, bank said a link had been clicked and a direct debit had been arranged ?, bank very helpful check your accounts. No dogs bed.

Ordered a pet bet on the 28th of july took the money out of my account waited 6 weeks to email them to tell me it’s ok you will will receive the bed soon then I get a email from them on the 12th of September to tell me the cards been declined really poor service I would avoid this company they fob you off with excuse After excuse don’t even deserve a one star to be honest

I ordered a xl large bed and was communicating with Reno Mascarin who assured me they were behind on orders and he would make sure I got my bed. That was over a month ago. The company is a scam. Website and number is disconnected and now I can’t get an email back from Reno Mascarin. I will never trust online dog companies that I’ve never heard of before again.

Why is this company been allowed to take our money🤬 we see the padlock sign and trust in what it stands for!! So are we to not trust any online shopping in future 🤬I for one will be very very wary

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Waiting over two months no item delivered!!!! Am going to bank & police!!! It was a genuine site as it has the padlock on, so ignore the info given below. The company is full of crooks!!!!

I'm still waiting for my order to arrive for over a month now and a second payment has been taken from my credit card when I haven't ordered anything. FRAUD comes to mind, I now have to cancel my credit card! THIS IS A SCAM!
UPDATE 22nd September 22 - absolute waste of time, the reply is just used as a distraction from the real issue that this is a scam plain and simple.

I've only put 1star as had to ,I ordered two beds ,still not hear ,website doesn't work I have emailed twice ,I'm going to report to my bank tomorrow, wish I'd checked company first ,I'm gutted that evil scum can't go and get a proper job instead of stealing off normal ppl I will also report to face book

Total scam still waiting for my product despite receiving two emails from Reno Mascarin to say it is being dealt with. Ordered at the end of July.
Don't give me are you sure you ordered from us as we don't ship to the UK, in that case why take my money and why tell me my order is being dealt with.
